After explaining the situation the owner of the company walked through what he thought the issue would be. He thought it would be an easy fix and it was. He was open and honest and wasn't trying to take advantage of over charging me to fix a simple problem. If I couldn't fix it on my own I was comfortable paying his reasonable fee to fix it. He followed up to see if it still needed to be fixed.
