I have had Progressive car insurance with Jeff Evans for over three years now. I moved my policy because he could keep me with Progressive and knock about $20 a month off my payment from the start by moving me from Progressive direct to Progressive agent. Then he enrolled me in the snapshot program and along with a couple of tickets dropping off mid policy I am now saving over $100 a month. A few months ago I moved and he bundled my current car insurance with a renters insurance policy which was only $10 a month. I like the savings but I love the customer service. Jeff answers his cell phone almost anytime day or night, including weekends. I can also text him with any questions I have and get a quick response back. Four years ago I was informed that I could no longer continue various insurance policies through the internet-based company I had been using. It was a stressful time and attempts to get quotes through online sources led only to more stress!
