When I noted a seam in the wallboard, he had his workers flatten it and repaint. When he noticed peeling paint around a window that we hadn't asked him to address, he had his workers take care of it anyway. And when the supports for a shower rod got lost, he had an employee purchase, deliver, and install a shower rod. They even provided a shower curtain and hooks!
