The company takes pride in its work and DOES sweat the details (in a good way!), ensuring there are no surprises when it comes to functionality, aesthetics, schedule, and costs. Their pricing was fair, and as someone who is a value-conscious consumer, I felt like the quality of the work - not to mention the ease of working with them - was tremendous for the price paid. They also were simply pleasant to have in our home for the better part of three months; they were always incredibly prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and treated our entire family, including kids and cats, with a lot of care. They left paint stains on my Master Bathroom toilet and front door handle. They were suppose to paint ALL of the bathroom walls, but forgot to paint the paint the ceilings. Spent over 3k for unfinished work. Their customer service rep sent me a follow-up email to get feedback on the overall job. I made her aware and she vanished. Won't be recommending them to anyone.

i had earlier wrote a review about his company and i had very pleasent experience until we reached…read moreat the time of executing our order, and all this time i was dealing with Nancy and she was extremely nice but when the time came for the actual work to be done and i had some questions about few things on charges and Nancy that time did not speak or called me back which was very unprofessional and put me on to Mike and he mentioned to me that he was one of the owner and we solved the issue and he was also not very polite and was only insisting me to listen to him only not me, and then their painting crew arrived and it was originally a scope for two days' work but they finished all the work same day it sounds very nice but the kind of the Job they did was totally unacceptable and left so many under areas unpainted and the overall finish of their painting quality was totally UNACCEPTABLE. I would also like to mention honestly that they did give is some discount and to which later they denied to give the same discount, the reason was that we postponed our dates twice and they changed on us one saying there was not enough people to come and do the work(understandable), they later asked us to pay $300 more towards the original discount offered. The contract provided a clear timeline for the work and the deliverables. Zufar also recommended a cabinet company that was able to provide custom wood cabinets at far less than the cabinets I had been looking at..I felt like this company wanted to do a good job and not upsell me on more than I wanted/ could afford. They tore out abs disposed of existing cabinets and appliances, installed new flooring, lights, repainted everything, installed a tile backsplash, the cabinets, and all new appliances. Even when things went awry, they remained calm and solved the problems. They worked hard to stay on schedule and deliver a beautiful kitchen. They will be my first call next time I need any work done.
