The next morning they were here by eight and looked at all over and started. they were very meticulous and the work that they one and it turned out perfect. They communicated back-and-forth with me so I knew how their progress was going. After they were all done and got all their equipment out they cleaned up better than expected. I was very pleased with their work couldn't ask for nothing better.

The crew was professional and knowledgeable and did excellent work for a very fair price. I was very happy with both the quality of work and the time frame in which they were able to complete the work. The crew got everything done while I was at work myself and was extremely mindful and respectful of my home, treating it as if it was theirs, and cleaned everything beautifully when the job was completed. They replaced two ceilings and now I wish they had done all of my ceilings to begin with! I would recommend Sam's painting and drywall to anyone who wants good work done! Okay, but at least should have been able to paint neatly the other colors of our crown molding/mid-wall trim. He painted the shoe molding when specifically told not to. At every place there were overlapping splotches of paint slapped along with no care. That's the real key here - no care! Even with my wife and I pointing out problems, it became obvious he was just making everything even worse. We couldn't wait for him to stop and just leave! The first encounter we had with Bealing Roofing was with Mr. Bealing himself. He came to my house and checked out the condition of my roof. Not only did he tell me options I didn't realize were available to me but he was even willing to install a necessary fix we needed right then, and do it for free. He was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my time throughout the whole process. The quote he gave us was fair and reasonable. The job they did was outstanding. Every member of his work crew was respectful and hard working. Every part of our interaction with his company was excellent. It was by far the best service we have ever received. For this particular job, they included the price of gutters. However, I replaced gutters just three years ago on my old house, which had an additional level of gutters and much more length, and only paid $3,050. I was actually blown away by how insanely expensive their quote was.
