I'm rather particular, so his attention to detail and accommodation was on point. Between initial quote and the final application of paint, the entire timeline was less than a week (as he was able to fit us into his schedule between jobs to align with optimal weather). The job itself took Jeff and Joe only three days to complete (full exterior, including power washing, patchwork and caulk + inside/outside of lanai + mailbox post): Monday, 7/6/2020 - Wednesday, 7/8/2020 Side note: Jeff happens to live in the same neighborhood as we do, so his work can be seen throughout. During the process, my neighbor across the street also inquired (and spoke with Jeff while onsite) about possibly doing some work on his home, too. I found that out of much later they came over and apologize and sent a gentleman from Fort Myers. They he's for the plastic resident trim off the frosted window that looked into the tub and told me oh by the way, you need a second code of mud on the throw. I had to write a check for $2000. I've had $ 2000 before but I wasn't sure if I gave them the extra 210 if i did not . I said I will go you $2000 because they know I'm very prompt about paying my bills . I want that Money back, they still have my money and I've had to pay another 1500 to the other company that did the job and fixing the disaster and I'm very upset about and he told me that night. When I said I will just send in the 210 into the company. He said if you don't write that check for $2210 tonight. I am going to tear out your bathroom. Everything I did. I should've let them do it.
