The phrase Jesus Christ, God's Son, Savior is a summary of biblical truth regarding the Lord, and the Christian fish symbol is a way to express faith in Him. But following Christ involves much more than displaying an ixthus. Jesus spoke often of the necessity of inward truth as opposed to outward shows of religion. Those who use a Christian fish symbol should make sure they ACTUALLY KNOW CHRIST, TRUST HIM AS SAVIOR, and OBEY HIM AS LORD. My experience with Squeaky Clean was the antithesis of what I would have expected from a Christian owned business. I am left wondering, is the owner and staff of this family-owned, self-described Christian business disorganized, careless or indifferent to his customers' cleaning needs? My story: My first call to Squeaky Clean was on 11/13/25. Successive calls were made on 11/18, 11/24, 12/5. Over this period, I leaned of Squeaky Clean's approach to handwashing windows, soft washing siding and bundling services for a discount. Jamey, the owner, asked me to send him pictures of the outside of my house, specifically the number of windows. I did. Then Jamey's stepfather Bill came on 12/18 to take pictures himself. I asked Bill when my work would be scheduled. Bill said Jamey would call me. Since December was the Christmas and New Year holiday season, I understood I may not be scheduled until the beginning of January. I received no call. Several times I tried calling the business number shown on the website and emailing the address provided. I finally received a call from Jamey; he said his cell phone is the best way to communicate. I was finally scheduled for March 18 and was told someone would arrive 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. No one showed. Around 12:30 p.m. I called Jamey to tell him no one had come yet; Jamey did not return my call. Later in the afternoon, Victor called. He said he would come to my house after he had done something with his tire(s). An hour later Victor still had not arrived. I called Jamey again and told him to tell Victor not to come as the time was late. I added, if Jamey was not able to contact Victor, I would tell Victor to leave when he arrived due to the late time. Again, no return call. Victor called again one hour after he called the first time and told me he would arrive in another hour. Late afternoon, approximately 5:30 p.m.! Victor was supposed to hand wash my windows, soft wash the siding, clean the desk (with a cleaning agent I was providing; my deck is TimberTech and cannot be pressure washed), clean the carpet and clean the tile and grout in one of the bathrooms. Victor said the work would not take long because my house is small. I told him the deck cannot be pressure washed. I think he had no idea of the care needed for a TimberTech deck although I had emailed Jamey the instructions from the TimberTech website. This time, I told Victor myself not to come. I've not heard from Jamey or anyone since this fiasco. Squeaky Clean deserves not even a 1 star rating. Too bad there are no negative stars. read more

WOW! My only complaint is I can only give them 5 stars! We were WAY past due on having our carpets cleaned. I finally called and got a quote. They were so helpful and kind. It was easy to schedule. Our technician, Michael arrived on time. He was really nice and took the time to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. The carpets and area rugs look like new again...and coming from a house with two people, one dog, and five cats, that's saying a LOT. We will most certainly be using them again. I called Squeaky Clean to have rugs cleaned. The first appointment was scheduled within minutes because of a van breaking down. I had rugs and carpet squares that i moved to one room to be cleaned. This was to prevent excess water from rugs from yellowing the wood floors. A few hours later, I was able to move carpet squares in plastic bags back to the room, but since they were soaking wet it caused the wooden floors to yellow anyway. I asked if the guy that cleaned could come back to help move the rugs in place when the appt. was rescheduled, Jamie told me yes. He NEVER came back. I called 3 times after rugs were cleaned, the first time I spoke with Jamie who promised me he would call back, he didn't. I was told that they cleaned tile floors as well and was interested in getting that done. Guess what? No one EVER called to make the appt. Nope, never again. Very undependable. read more

I made an appointment a week out to get my carpets cleaned so I could list my house on the market. Decided to go local and show support for the small business-and I sincerely regret it! first, I heard nothing and had to contact THEM say of confirm. Then, they extended the window they could come out to 6:00 in a Friday night! And...you guessed it! Company never showed! so very unprofessional. now I'm left scrambling to find someone, so i WILL be calling the big corporate guys next! lesson learned. don't use Squeaky Clean! read more

Not the best pressure washing job I've ever had. You can tell by the pictures they did a horrible job.

I have 3 dogs and you can imagine what they do to carpets no matter how much care I take. Squeaky clean did am excellent job. I had them do "the dog chair", upholstery cleaned on bed frame, carpets, rugs and my sofa. Everything was fur-free and dirt free and smelled so fresh. I will DEFINITELY call on Squeaky again. Brandon did a great job cleaning my large living room and hallway area. It only took him about 45 minutes and they smell and feel great. I had just had a Halloween party this past weekend and with everyone wearing their shoes in the house and spilling drinks everywhere, the carpets definitely needed some help. Victor worked hard to clean our dirty carpets at the house we were readying to sell. He was personable, professional and very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. Just moved to Georgia from the West Coast and I am learning a lot about the South. For instance one has to wash their house, pressure wash to be more exact, never heard of this before I lived in a condo in CA. Found this company on line Matt the young man they sent out to do the job was very nice and demonstrated a lot of patience with the many, many questions I had also he was kind enough to even let me watch a little bit of the procedure since it was very foreign to me. I've used this company for over a year, multiple times a year. The cleaning service and professionalism had always been great. Today was different and trying not to write out of frustration, I am annoyed. The tech arrived more than an hour after my service window and did not call to inform me. I spoke with the owner, which prompted the tech to call. The tech arrived unprepared as he left his tool at the prior job. The tech continuously engaged in a phone conversation with his spouse, which he verbally communicated his frustration and resulted in my closing my office door to have quiet. Because my carpet was pre-treated (wet) I requested a different tech to complete the job. This resulted in an additional 2 1/2 wait. Speaking with the owner in the interim, I shared what occurred and requested to be comped some of the job. Although it was a $99 service, the owner highlighted that fact instead of placing the customer first. I called another company that arrived in 35 minutes to complete Squeaky Clean's unfinished work. I received a text from the owner regarding a discount/price adjustment for the next service if I use his company. The offer to satisfy the customer should have been paramount vs noting the service price. The company's owner is very pleasant, just dropped the ball with this customer. They serviced my house on 1/18/19. With all the rain we have had, my dog had tracked in GA red clay all over the house. I truly believed that I would need to replace the carpets and my large white rug. However, the carpets and rug now look brand new! I am extremely impressed with the results.
