The owner Jamie's stepfather took pictures of the exterior of my home December 2025. I asked when I could make an appointment. The stepfather said Jamie would call me: Jamie didn't call so I called the number on their website 3 times. No response. Jamie finally called me from his mobile. He said the best way to contact him was to use his mobile number which was not provided on his website. We set an appointment for February 18. No show. I called Jamie. He said the appointment was on his calendar for March 18. On 3/18, at the scheduled morning time, no show. I called Jamie. No answer, no return call. Employee Victor called in the afternoon. He said he would come after something to do with his tire! Called Jamie again. No answer, no return call. Victor called again, referring to his tire. Finally, Victor called yet again saying he would arrive in q hour. I asked how he could complete all I had asked for: pressure wash exterior, hand wash windows, clean my deck w/ special cleaner (must be done maually), clean carpet, clean grout around tiles in my bathroom. Although he would not arrive until late afternoon, he said he could clean everything except the grout. Totally impossible! I told him not to come. I placed a scathing review on Google. Jamie responded and requested my address. He didn't contact me after I provided my address. Seems not contacting me, lying about the scheduled date, no shows and lies from Victor, and Jamie ghosting me was intentional, unprofessional, unethical, and violates accepted moral principles and societal norms. The lowest star rating allowed is 1 star. No way to rate Squeaky Clean Cleaning Services as less than 1 star. They deserve a minus 1,000 or worse. read more

Ghosted me. Never showed up after I even changed my appt time to accommodate them. They called the technician to find out what happened and all they did was text me back to ask if I still wanted them to come out. Absolutely not. No apology no reason I got nothing. Thank goodness Penco was available. They did a great job and that's why they are much higher rated than squeaky clean. read more

WOW! My only complaint is I can only give them 5 stars! We were WAY past due on having our carpets cleaned. I finally called and got a quote. They were so helpful and kind. It was easy to schedule. Our technician, Michael arrived on time. He was really nice and took the time to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. The carpets and area rugs look like new again...and coming from a house with two people, one dog, and five cats, that's saying a LOT. We will most certainly be using them again. Carpet cleaner named Anthony showed up reeking of weed. Could not have that on our property. Was able to find another cleaner to come out.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing as I was returning home. The Squeaky Clean van was stopped at the entrance of our neighborhood after cleaning one of the homes and proceeded to dump all of the nasty and used water down our street. The rep had the door open and was pumping the gushing water out. Not only is this extremely unprofessional but it's terrible for the environment and smelled disgusting. I'm appalled that this would be something they practice. read more

How totally DISSATISFIED & ANGRY I am with the carpet cleaning job performed on my 3 month old carpet & area rug!!! The technician Brandon was personable enough BUT the job he performed was completely substandard. All I wanted cleaned was carpet that was visible, no moving of any furniture, only what was visible & I was charged $100. My hopes were high but was quickly dashed when the results became clear. As I stated, the carpet is only 3 months old. There is no deep routed dirt or stains, just topical dirt that shows well on light carpet. When the carpet dried, which didn't take very long, the dirt was still there & VERY VISIBLE! Also, the tech didn't clean ALL visible areas . When the job was performed so very quickly, I should have known something wasn't right! Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER give Squeaky Clean an opportunity to (in my opinion) rip me off for my hard earned $$$. The crew showed up late and rushed through cleaning my carpets and upholstery. At some point, something on the carpet cleaner broke, but they continued to clean the carpets and chairs. Less than 24 hours later it looked like nothing had been done. No stains were removed on the carpets or the chairs and they even ripped the fabric on one of my chairs. After weeks of playing phone tag and being told they would come back to "spot clean", they have still not scheduled an appointment with me. read more

I've attempted to contact this company through phone, request a quote on this website & through their contact me on their own website. I have yet to hear anything back from them & it's been over a month. While I can't say anything about their performance, the lack of professionalism I have received has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. read more

The carpet is definitely much cleaner but the perfume smell that was used is completely overwhelming. It gave me a headache and the room cleaned is on the opposite side of the house from me. I didn't expect that kind of cleaning product. read more

Squeaky Clean came to the home we were moving out of and did a fantastic job getting the carpets looking great. There were a few stains on the stairs and they are gone now! Also, our cat peed in one of the closets and it smelled no matter what we did. But after squeaky clean came and cleaned the carpet, the closet smelled fresh and I couldn't smell a trace of cat urine. They were also very easy to work with to schedule the appt and showed up on time. We appreciate the great job they did on the carpet and now we can get our rental deposit back! read more
