I have a 13 year old cocker spaniel Barkley who had a bad accident in my bedroom. My carpeting is very light colored. I tried cleaning myself but probably made it worse. Jack came to my home initially to examine and give me an estimate. I also wanted just the couch cushions and arms of my family room sofa cleaned. Lastly I had a spot in my loft from Barkley. Jack asked if I wanted to have the stairs done, which I agreed was a great idea. Doug and Jack came over on the cleaning day and did a FANTASTIC job! I know my bedroom carpet was a real challenge. I complained and they sent a second person to help. He showed up right on time on a Saturday morning and spent 2 hours carefully washing out our garage, applying a treatment to soften stains, and squeegeeing everything out at the end. Our garage was very dirty with winter dirt and grime from the bottoms of our cars and now it is spotless! I was so impressed that I immediately hired him to do our windows.
