We called Jack's Window and Carpet cleaning to do some window cleaning for us. While he was here, we discussed other cleanings that he does. We were given the estimate for cleaning our windows and as he was explaining other jobs that his company has taken on, we decided to go with him to clean our dryer vent and out gutters. Jorden did an awesome job on the gutters and the windows while Seth was busy cleaning the dryer vents. This company was so superb that they will be coming out to do our carpets as well. I have owned (well the bank and I ha ha) for 20 years. Over that time I have had several different carpet cleaning companies in my home. I have a 13 year old cocker spaniel Barkley who had a bad accident in my bedroom. My carpeting is very light colored. I tried cleaning myself but probably made it worse. Jack came to my home initially to examine and give me an estimate. I also wanted just the couch cushions and arms of my family room sofa cleaned. Lastly I had a spot in my loft from Barkley. Jack asked if I wanted to have the stairs done, which I agreed was a great idea. Doug and Jack came over on the cleaning day and did a FANTASTIC job! I know my bedroom carpet was a real challenge. They went the extra mile to be sure that they dried it several times. By the time I went to bed that night, it was almost completely dry :) Mary responded very quickly to any email I sent. I just had my carpets cleaned today. I have 3 kids under 3 plus 3 cats and a dog and a roomate with his kid who absolutely obliterated our carpeting and it was really upsetting with how disgusting his room was in my house. Jacks window & carpet cleaning absolutely got rid of all the stains and made it looking brand spanking new while keeping great customer service and having reasonable pricing. The person who cleaned my carpets (I forgot to catch a name) even gave my cats some pets and opened some bandaids for my daughter who asked kindly which he definitely didn't have to do these things but it just shows how above and beyond they will go just in their customer service aspects. In reference to my last review of 1, in my opinion, a 1 was warranted solely due to the way I felt I was treated by Jack on the phone. Not one bit friendly and basically making me feel like I was a bad person because I hadn't called to get my windows washed in 4 years. I mean why is that even a thing to comment on. Instead of saying, I can see you have been a repeat customer for several years. Maybe point that I'm a repeat customer out instead. And, my math is not wrong. The price went from $140 to a quote of $250 in 4 years. And sorry if your busy hanging Christmas lights. That's no reason to make me feel a bother cuz I actually wanted windows washed. I'd love to say I use Jack's on a regular basis, but time always gets away from you. I'm confused by some of the negative reviews. I've used them for probably the last six or so years, never an issue. Quality is great. They're responsive. They're accommodating. I understand it's a service related industry, and you're only as good as your technicians, and that can, at times, be a detriment. Until proven otherwise, they're the right company for me. read more

Zero stars. Got a quote today on 51 panes of windows plus 1 12x16 and 1 5x7 area rug. I noticed he wasn't counting windows like other companies do. Quoted $425 for inside/outside windows compared to $290 on his website and $150 for 2 rugs compared to 5 ROOMS of w-2-w carpeting on his website. There is nothing unusual or difficult about our windows, in fact they are the easiest kind of windows to clean, no tracks, no storms, no screens. Jack (the owner) even said "they aren't very dirty" and I asked him why the quote was so much more than the published prices on his website which I showed him. Two times I asked and two times he just said he quotes based on what he sees. OK so we have easy windows, relatively clean windows (according to him) and he just shrugs his shoulders and says "I base it on what I see" which I could only conclude meant "you have a custom home and I'm going to get as much as I can from you" Cold personality too. How short sighted to lose a potential 2x per year customer for life, plus fireplace glass plus ceiling fan cleaning, because he thought he could get greedy with a customer. read more

Because I love this company and there are lots and lots of carpet cleaners out there, I'm adding these guys in. My husband and I have used Jack's for over 5 years now, starting with my divorcee townhome, his house on Lowry, and now our lots-of-sq-footage and high ceilings current residence. It's a husband and wife company (Jack and Mary) and she's great on the phone. This year was the first Jack himself didn't come, but their employees Richard and MJ were "spot" on. With 3 dogs, I feel pretty comfortable using the word spot. They move the furniture, clean the windows and the carpets and I trust them implicitly. We used one other company one year and weren't happy with their prices, their customer service, or their actual work. We didn't need any lightbulbs changed this year on our cathedral ceilings, but they've done that for us as well. Great company! read more

Got a quote for my windows and we thought it was pretty high."Jack told us we had really dirty windows (duh..that's why we called) and we live Parker which is quite a distance for them (10 mins from Southlands mall).. They also showed up at our home unannounced to look at the windows from the inside of the house in each room when we were away at work with our daughter home alone. Jacks has great reviews everywhere. My great experience with Jack's started on the phone with Mary. She was excited I was a new customer and eager to get me scheduled and taken care of. I got all of the carpet in my house cleaned as well as all of the windows inside and out including the screens. I actually said to my husband "clear as glass". I cannot believe the difference cleaning the windows made. Our family has 3 dogs a cat and a hedgehog so we clean our carpets 2-3 times a year and Jacks will be our go-to carpet cleaner from Now on. My experience with them was great! From the phone and scheduling to how everything looked when they left. The carpet and window guys were courteous and professional but important to me friendly! Jacks cleaned our carpet and our windows. 5 stars for the cleaning of the carpet. They did a great job. Window cleaning was ok. I asked for windows and screens to be cleaned. Windows still had some streaks on them and the screens were ok. They didn't take out the screens they just hosed them still in the window. That is not what I was expecting so 3 stars for window cleaning. Average is 4 stars. Definitely will use them for carpet cleaning. Not sure if I will use them for window cleaning in the future. read more

Mateo and Leland came on time and good things happened to our carpets. Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. Our rug is black with dragons. We haven't seen it's scales in......forever. This rug is 35 years old. My daughter's carpet is from 2008. She is an artist. All kinds of paint , makeup and type of pencil has been ground into it. It looks great. I feel Jack's has provided a great value to us. I kept adding on rooms as I was amazed at how each room turned out. The steamer /vacuum cleaner apparatus either worked better or was finally used properly. My rugs are almost dry. We will definitely use their service again. Yay! read more

NEVER AGAIN!! I will never use this company for window washing again! The first gentleman who came out missed an entire section of windows on our home. The company had to come out two more times just to complete the job. There are streaks and smudges everywhere and I paid for the screens to be cleaned, however they still look filthy. After all was said and done, I called to speak personally with Jack to let him know about my experience and give him a chance to explain/make it right. I was told he was too busy to talk to me and would not be calling me back. It was an utterly disappointing experience and I did not receive quality work for the money I paid. read more

We had Jack's out a couple days ago. They showed up an hour late and scratched probably $30k in new windows and doors before I noticed and stopped them. I had to wait 40 minutes for Jack to come out so he could completely deny responsibility for scratches they obviously made with the scraper they use. The washer was polite and initially admitted to scratching windows. When Jack showed up he changed his tune. Buyer beware! read more

Very surprised by all the 5 star reviews. First thing Richard asked was to use my bathroom. His hands were filthy and I would have preferred he not muddy up my clean bathroom. The phone bid I was given based on the SF of my home was $220.00. When Richard arrived, the price skyrocketed to $380.00. Who knew that 1 window is actually 2. The top half and then the bottom half. Disgusting classic up sale by a contractor. The crew member Richard broke off a security system contact and of course would take no accountability for the damage. He said the heat from the sun disintegrated the contact connection. That repair cost me a service call from the security company. Found him in my basement using my hand held inside vacuum sucking up the dirt and bugs from a window well. Richard never asked to use the vacuum. Shouldn't the contractor carry this needed equipment? Richard went on and on about how poorly Jack runs the company, including why there is such a high crew turn over. Left me feeling very uncomfortable. One and done with Jacks. read more
