For example, one week the gate to my back yard was not securely latched when his team finished mowing/cleaning up the mown trimmings. I wrote a short note to Dennis explaining that it is important to secure the gate to my backyard because my dog got out of my yard and was wandering through my neighborhood. The very next time they mowed my yard, the gate was securely latched when they left - problem solved! Additionally, I was notified after work last night (a Thursday)that my roof installation was rescheduled to the very next Monday. My lawn has been on the Mon-Tues lawn mowing schedule and early this morning, I realized that my lawn mowing needed to be rescheduled around the roof installation.
