The estimate and booking process were extremely easy and reasonably priced. We're thankful that we are offered peace of mind in that the cleaning will be done by someone we can trust and in a manner that doesn't require us to spend time before or after prepping or touching up. Anne was done cleaning our 5 bed room, 4 bathroom home which is 3900 square feet in 3 hours. She told us she had 5 cleaners there. When we told Anne we weren't happy and sent her pictures of the dirty doors, dirty cupboards, cob webs she said she would refund $50. We then stated that wasn't a fair resolution since nothing that was asked to be done was done. She then stated her and one girl were overwhelmed by the size of the house (she knew the size, numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms before ever being hired!)She then stated she vacuumed, washed windows and screens. Well we never wanted the windows washed. She was told many times we wanted the drawers, cupboards and floors as the main priority and to be a deep clean for moving in. We paid $450 and still had dirty toilets, floors, cupboards, drawers, and counters, along with dust and cob webs. Do not hire this business they lie, dont actually clean and over charge.
