He was able to get it all off and the truck came out looking like new! The attendant was very courteous, Careful in folding my mirrors and seem to enjoy his job. I've been here 5-8 times and only reason I come back is the staff is friendly and there is no better car wash in Gillette. Every car wash I've been to in Gillette is a 1-2 star rating.

It was convenient and when they prepped cars we didn't notice much beyond some expected wispy scratches in areas, but this is causing damage. Both the owners and manager are great, customer service is great as well typically, but the nature of a brush wash in Wyoming might make this unavoidable if you have a dark car. I understand that we live on a dirt road, but for nearly $40/month I'd continue to expect that the dirt and dust be washed off my car before sending me through. We will go back to washing by hand.
