The store is pretty small, but there are a few tables along the window and some high top seating. The menus are on the wall, but some of the prices were erased. I am guessing the prices have recently been changed and need to be updated. There was only one girl behind the counter working and she was doing an amazing job. She was friendly while taking our orders and decorated our popsicles with great precision. After sitting down I realized it might be easier to eat the popsicle with a fork (almost like an ice cream pie), and the worker happily handed me a fork and knife. I ordered the Peanut Butter Cup popsicle, which is one of their frequent combination popsicles. My friend built her own popsicle, choosing the Caramel Cheesecake popsicle with a chocolate drizzle and heath bar crumble. We both enjoyed every bite! The ice cream of the popsicle tasted fresh and not overly sweet like some store-bought ice creams can be. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend trying out Pop In Artisan Pops! It is a change of pace from typical ice cream and very delicious!

I placed an order on line on Friday, December 17. The website allowed me to pay and I received an email confirmation for my order that said I would receive an email in a one or two days indicating that I could pick up my order. By EOD Monday I heard nothing so I sent an email. There was no response and that is when I made a call and that is when there was a message they were not taking orders. I left a voice mail messaage regarding the order I made and heard nothing. I filed a complaint with PayPal. On Thursday, December 23, I finally did recieve an email indicating that I would have my money refunded. This is a very shoddy way of doing business. It has left a bad taste with me and will not do business with the bakery once the "relocation" is completed. Some points If you have not been taking orders since October why is there no indication of that on the website? Or better yet why is the website even active? Why does Google Maps say you are open? It took almost a week for me to be notified that they would not be able to fill the order. This was meant as a gift. Pretty careless to wait till two days before Christmas and a full week to notify me. Bottom line bad experience and a real shoddy way to do business.

Others seem to think so as well, because there is usually a line, which moves quickly. The service has always been friendly. They have about 25 flavors at exceptionally good prices. The all natural ice cream is supplied by the Woodside Farm Creamery, also located in Newark, DE. We have tried the Frozen, Butter Pecan, Vanilla, Chocolate Thunder, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Black Cherry. They all are great, just depends on your mood. The even have a pup cup, which we treated my sister's dog, Bear, to. It's a scoop of ice cream with a dog treat on top. We got Bear vanilla and to say he devoured it would be an understatement.
