I used a 6 load for blankets and towels, a 4 load for clothes, a 3 load for throw rugs, and a 2 load for velvet party outfits. That totals 15 loads! It was $21 for the washers. Dryers cost 45 cents for 7 minutes, which is really a good deal because I only spent $4.50 to dry everything, including heavy towels and rugs. This laundromat deserves 5-stars because my clothes, towels, linens, and rugs smell so clean and my heart is happy.

What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy."
