ES Solar addressed our first report, but when we discovered a problem with another circuit, they replied: "Due to ES Solar already adjusting your backup loads for free at your last site visit on 12/08/25, I've been advised my management that any future appointment would need to be charged at the standard Electrician Rate of $299 for the first hour and $150 for every following hour." We later received a bill from them for all their work, which I don't have a problem paying, the problem was we talked to someone there about the bill and discussed with them we didn't want to cancel that we would find someone to replace Brio. Months later we get a notice that we are being sued. This company is incompetent.

A couple of days, a week or two, later they contacted me, via email, to see if I still was interested. I was so they setup the appointment. On the day before the appointment I had to reschedule, they were very nice and were able to move it just one day. It made my day that it wasn't a huge hassle to move the appointment. When they came out the workers were very nice and were careful around the flower beds. The quality of work was excellent and they finished the job in a few hours.
