Two seams in high traffic areas. When we called to have them repaired they stated they had a new crew and would fix it for free. The installer came out, didnt speak any English and restretched the carpet and tried to fix the seam. I tipped the installer $100. When the installer returned to Abbey Carpet he said it was due to our dogs. The carpet was installed 4 years ago. I have a one year old and 4 month old dog. They billed me $155.00 and was very persistent that we paid for the service they guaranteed and admitted was their installers. DO NOT BUY FROM ABBEY CARPET or SHABBY CARPET!

We tried to get it fixed but they said it wasn't covered under warranty and that it would cost us several hundred to fix it and that it would most likely happen again. 1st mistake was trusting them to recommend us a good floor to put down. Clearly they knew about the sunlight/heat issue but failed to tell us. A few months later part if the joint on the LVP broke off and I sent them pics showing that our floor had a defective plank. They said we dropped something I it and it broke and is not covered under warranty and we woukd need to pay to get it fixed. We did NOT drop anything and if they would send someone out to see it they could Clearly see it was either installed broken or a defective plank. This company will NOT provide any type of warranty or service to fix problems. Buyers beware. I DO NOT recommend them.
