I called the owner and he said he would come out and correct it, he came out and spent 10 minutes on the roof and put tape around the enclosure that he had built but the wind and weather blew the "fix" tape off so I called and he said he would come out and repair it ( because he and I both know that the tape was not going to hold ) but he never came back or bothered to contact me back to fix it so I had to pay some other contractor to come out and repair this brand new job that was "completed" by Casey Roofing, while the other contractor was up there he told me that there was one area that the previous roofers ( Casey Roofing ) pulled out some siding to attempt to fit the new shingles under because the shingles I paid extra for and were thicker than the previous ones they had an issue with that area and did get the shingles under how they should be but they damaged siding and never fixed that either and never told me about it when it happened because they knew it would cost them time and money to fix it correctly so they never said anything. I paid extra for upgraded shingles and paid for a complete tear off and replace at significant cost. If you are considering a roof replacement I highly recommend to not hire this contractor, he has no desire to do what is right he is only in it for the money.

I'm an out-of-state owner of a…read morerental house and cannot be onsite so it's easy for contractors to cut corners but still charge top dollar for their work. This was not the case with Full Nest Remodel and Repair. The estimates I had received for a very small, 40 sq foot bathroom floor repair/install were exorbitant. I kept looking and found Full Nest. Matt was courteous and communicative through the whole process of selecting the materials needed to the day of the install. He fulfilled my request of sending me videos of the project in progress, narrating the process so I knew what was going on every step of the way. Once the damaged flooring was removed, it was revealed that the joists needed to be reinforced before installing the new subfloor. Matt did not cut corners in order to finish the job in the usual 8 hour day by ignoring this fact and installing the new floor anyway without shoring up the joists. Instead, he worked well into the evening so that when he left the family of three had a functioning bathroom. (It's the only bathroom in the 800 sq. foot house.) He returned the next day to do the finishing work of replacing the baseboards. The best part about working with Matt was seeing his integrity in action. Even though the job took longer than anticipated, Matt never approached me saying I will need to pay more than the agreed amount in order for him to complete it. And, best of all, he went above and beyond by making sure the young family had a working bathroom for the night.
