That was understandable because of his reputation and patient load. I was seen within a reasonable time, and my case required several intricate tests. Dr. Shae was everything a Physician should be in evaluating the tests and explainng the results. And although Meniere's Disease was not the diagnosis I wanted to hear or accept, it is better to know my condition so that I can move forward with my treatment. I give this Doctor and Medical Practice the highest possible rating.

By then, my poor daughter had been waiting to use the restroom, so she had just left when Dr. Long finally came in. I said, "Oh, my goodness. She just ran to the restroom! She tried waiting." He rolled his eyes at me, grunted, and said, "I'll be back..." Not another word. No "Hi, I'm Dr. Long," or "Gee, I'm sorry you wasted two hours out of your day because I'm overbooked," or, "You know what, I'll wait for her, since you waited SO LONG for me!!" Nothing. Just a grunt. Talk about rude. The actual exam that followed did not improve. I'm not sure if he tries to be funny and misses the mark, but he just came off as rude and uncaring. He basically said that there is nothing wrong with her, and to wait for yet another ear infection. Well, if I had seen you FIRST, rather than your NP, maybe you would have seen how bad her chronic ear infections get! This is exactly the concern I addresses when I tried to make the appointment. He just shrugged and told us there was nothing he could do for us. Well, because I do not intend to wake up at 2am to another crying daughter from excruciating pain, only to waste another god knows how long waiting to be treated so rudely by this guy, I will spend even more money to go see someone else. Someone who has more respect for the time and care of their patience. Avoid!

Dr. Lim is a great doctor and I gave two stars because of that, but they really deserve one star based on the service I have received over the last couple of months. He never checked my sinuses and looked in my ears for a second if that long. My hearing is affected at times because of my issues. He told me there was nothing wrong and I needed hear aids. I have a serious sinus infection going on right now! I don't care if I need hearing aids, that's not the problem. The problem is he didn't even care to try to see if i had any issues, which I do. I am older and he just tried to sell me hearing aids. There is no way he made a correct diagnosis without checking me out for underlying issues. Terrible experience.
