Their truck was towed and they got a lift to their shop to pick up another truck. Instead of them cancelling on us, they came to our rescue. Even after a tramatic accident of them getting hit, they made a point to be at our house to get the toilets operational for us. No excuses, just pure dedication! We were having quartz countertops installed the following day and needed them to install the faucets. At a moments notice the countertop guys had to turn off all the water because the utility sink valve would not shut off. Jeannie and Doug came right over to the house changing out the valve and making sure all was working for us. The following day they came back out to the house and installed all the faucets as well as all new hoses and valves and did another check to make sure all was working.
