We decided to leave in the morning and stay out until early afternoon. The yacht showed up in the designated dock right on time in Turtle Beach. The ship Captain, Carlos, was very helpful in creating a great trip even though we were travelling during a Red Tide event in Siesta Keys area. Captain Carlos took us out to a sandbar which was not as effected by the Red Tide and we spent some time in the ocean before getting back on the boat. We had told Carlos that we were really hoping to encounter some dolphins on our trip and he was very knowledgeable about where the Dolphins like to hang out. We found a couple of dolphins hanging out in a small cove he recommended and it was an incredible experience as the dolphins followed the yacht for around 15 minutes and jumped and played in the boats wake. Truelly an amazing experience. Would highly recommend this company to others.

I know it's conveniently located at Marina Jack's, but they will screw you over and ruin your boating day. We rented 2 boats to take 5 families out tubing - we called many times to verify the boats and the tube. Once we arrived, we were told that they only had ONE tube and it was already being used by a full day rental. The entire point of our trip was for the kids to tube. They admitted that it was their fault, but the young gentlemen in the office didn't really seem to care. Never again!

We reserved two boats for a group of 17 people to celebrate a high school graduation -- one pontoon, one speedboat, and a tube. The entire reason we chose Suntex was the location (so you don't have to spend half your rental navigating no-wake zones) and because the kids specifically wanted to go tubing. The weather was rainy, and we had been watching the radar closely all day. Obviously, weather is not something they can control, but we decided we were still willing to go out despite the rain if they would allow us to launch.  While our group waited next door at O'Leary's, someone from our party went to the rental office multiple times to confirm they were still allowing departures despite the weather, and each time we were told yes. We completed check-in and were preparing to leave when we were suddenly informed that the people who rented earlier in the day had still not returned -- and they had the ONE tube Suntex owns. Yes, one tube for the entire operation. Despite us arriving about 45 minutes early and speaking with staff several times beforehand, no one mentioned that the only tube was unavailable. The whole purpose of renting two boats -- especially the speedboat -- was so the kids could go tubing. The employees acted like they could not have cared less. There was no apology, no attempt to make it right, and the only solution offered was a refund for the tube rental itself. With the whole point of the boat day being tubing, we cancelled both boat rentals and after some back and forth, they reluctantly refunded us the entire cost of the rentals. So instead of a fun day on the water, we left with 9 disappointed teenagers on what was supposed to be a graduation celebration. If you are looking for a boat rental company, I would highly recommend CB's Saltwater Outfitters. We have rented from them numerous times over the years and have never had an issue.
