Larry was very engaging and we negotiated pricing on a Beretta and a .300 Blackout AR-15. I paid for the Beretta via Zelle and paid a deposit on the AR-15. Larry sent me the tracking information and I provided the information for shipping to my FFL here in Atlanta. The day it was scheduled to arrive I received an email from the sketchy shipping company saying I needed to pay a 'refundable stamp deposit' because Larry had not provided the correct documentation. I told Larry to pay the fee and ensure the pistol was shipped through. He did not. The gun was supposedly returned to United Glock and Ammo and he said he was refunding my money for the pistol and the deposit on the rifle. I never received any funds back. He stole $750 from me and has refused to return my calls and texts. He is illegally selling guns through social media and stealing from people. He is a crook and this company is a complete fraud! Do not do business with them! I have contacted the ATFE and the FTC and they have opened an investigation into Larry and United Glock.

The staff members on Christmas Eve 2022 were all fairly busy, so no help was offered. The person who checked me out on my first ever visit to thus store was not too friendly. Most items were organized & in stock. It's not anywhere near as big as the Bass Pro Shop I used to go to, but I suppose Lubbock is lucky to have one. Costco (including a gas station) & several other shopping opportunities are nearby. So is easy access to Loop 289.

On November 21, 2024 I was immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman. While they did not have the ammo I wanted in stock, he clarified how ordering is processed from their website.
