We purchased our home last spring with the idea that we would be stuck with the staining we had on our roof until we could replace it. We also had a lot of staining on the siding from pine trees. Shaun arrived early in the morning and when I returned home from work it was as though I was looking at a different house. Our roof literally looks new and the siding as well as brick are all the color they are meant to be! I stood at my sidewalk and admired the fresh look my house now has for quite some time. Honestly, he saved us thousands because now we see that none of it needs to be replaced. We called several people to come and do an estimate before we decided on if we could afford a new roof. Some of the contractors did not return our call, or did not show up when they said they would. We had another estimate that was $20,000 more than the Pedersen estimate. Unbelievably outrageous! That person spent three hours here trying to convince us we why should pay that much. Shawn had a great warranty. He was very straightforward. He came here and simply gave an estimate; he was not pushy at all. He was great to deal with, his workers were very polite, and generally cleaned up. Shawn came here personally at the end and he made sure all the screws from our original roof were cleaned around the yard with a magnet. We had an issue with our previous roof leaking in an area and we've had one rain since it was completed and no leaks! I would definitely recommend considering him if you were looking at getting some estimates because he shows up when he says he will. And then, I wouldn't be surprised if you end up choosing him after (if) you hear from everyone else.
