I happened to be in the area so I decided to pop in and browse. There was a sign on the door stating everything in the store was 50% off during my visit. First floor was housewares and the middle hallway was books. The second floor was Men's, Women's, children's clothing and even a separate room for shoes. While they did have some nice things, some of the shoes had damaged (cracked soles) for $15. I never made it to the 3rd floor since two different women came through and told me they were closing just before 3PM. Not sure if the hours have changed since online hours state open until 4PM. Although my visit was a bit rushed, I found some things to buy anyway. read more

All I can say is that this place is really fantastic! As some of the other reviewers wrote, its a really large house and there are so many different rooms which offer so many different items. They try to categorize each room. The first floor is pretty much my favorite section. The hunt for items that I didn't know I needed is the most exciting part of thrift shopping. They have so many shelves and piles of books. Home goods, hardware, paintings, furniture, dishes, pots, pans, etc. You name it and they probably have it. As you go upstairs looking around you can't help thinking about how beautiful this house must have been in the past. The second floor offers some toys, games, random craft items, women's, men's, and kids clothing. On the third floor there are rooms dedicated to coats, sports items, women's formal dresses and accessories, Halloween costume room, holiday tchotchke room, etc. As I was leaving there were a few people coming in to donate really nice outdoor furniture, plus other large household items. The whole experience was really fun it sort of felt like a flea market and their prices are really reasonable. I guess my only complaint are their hours. They are not open long enough definitely need to call to confirm their thrift store hours. read more

My holy grail of thrift trips begins and ends at St. Agnes. A huge, historic mansion filled room by room on three floors with merchandise, and a covered porch to hold furniture and larger items you don't normally find anywhere but a very good Salvation Army or flea market. Benefits the St. Agnes school and this is a community mainstay, so everyone donates here... which means a lot to choose from. They take donations around the side by using the rear entrance of the school parking lot. read more

Again, another superb thrift shop! Family operated for 40+ years located in a 3 story Victorian house once owned by a NYC actor in the late 1800's. Would you believe this shop has 13+ rooms to hunt through... They offer everything for the home too. I am happy to say I have become very friendly with these folk too! Amazing, amazing thrift store contained entirely in a house on the property of St. Agnes (now St. Teresa's) catholic school. This place is huge. I've bought shoes, dresses, pants, lamps, videos and other great secret finds in this place. The cashiers are always friendly. The prices are fantastic and there are month-long sales as opposed to day sales at some thrift stores! My only complaint is the odd hours, and they are not opened past 2 pm on any normal day. But none the less, great store, and my local one so its the one I donate to! read more

St. Agnes used to be awesome, but since Roseanne was dismissed it's now much like a boutique. $8 bucks for a used shmate, I'll pass.

I didnt like any of the womens clothes, and the ones I partially liked cost $7. Go to Bo's Attic instead for womens clothes, everything there only $3. But they had a lot of dishes, paintings, books. The manager who runs this place is so rude! I asked her specifically if a certain item was on sale and she said yes. When I brought it up to her she blew up in my face. She is so unprofessional. She was making a scene even though I asked her beforehand. Beware of the rude woman manager. read more

This place is amazing. The first floor consists of all home goods - mirrors, picture frames, glass and china, lamps and furniture, books, and anything else you could imagine. The upper three floors house tons of clothes, including separate rooms for coats, sweaters, costumes, nice dresses, and casual clothing, among other things. Be ready to spend a long time looking through clothes - everything is tightly packed. I've found some AWESOME deals here, including a Lord & Taylor 2-ply cashmere sweater for $3. Check the white board upon entering to see the deals of the day - sometimes, all clothing is half off. I don't expect to find a ton of things I can just buy and wear, but I sew so I'm always buying things that I can refashion. This place is awesome, but I wish they had later hours! read more
