Although Chaz is known for formal wear sales and rentals, I needed a suit on the fly and didn't want to deal with the assembly line nature of most suit warehouses that will sell you six suits for $100 and then charge 20x that in alterations. Basically, theirs is the Gillette business model where the handle is free but don't ask about the cost of the blades. The suit looks great, the service was professional and I'm not stuck with five extra suits from Italian designers that I've never heard of. Ginzo Jabroni just doesn't ring a bell. In all honesty, any schmuck can order the most expensive, highest quality suit. If its tailored like trash, you look like trash. We literally had the WORST experience at Chazmatazz in Princeton. We were married september 22z DO NOT GO THERE. Everyone's tux fit horribly the guy (not chazz) but the other assistant was the RUDEST man I've everrrrrr dealt with, and I work retail so I'm extremely considerate went I'm shopping and talking with people. My husband tux was HORRID. His shirt Looked 2 sizes big, we both say if we could change ANYTHING about our day it would be that, we'd change where we got the suits. My husbands brother got in a screaming match with the assistant. Another literally had to wait until chazz came out from the back to get the right size Jacket because the other guy was too lazy to get it. He said it was fine and he wasn't changing it. To "deal with it" mind you I spent a lot of money there. We paid for all 9 groomsmen tux, the three boys tux, and father in law. We literally were treated like shit. I've never had such a freaking horrible experience. Chazz himself is super professional, makes you feel welcomed and like things are going to be great, but our groomsmen suits ESPECIALLY my husband just looked horrible. It's really so sad. If you look in the pictures, chazz talks about each suit being tailored on site for each person. My husband from day one said, he wanted a slim fit. I sell suits. This is not a slim fit. This is horrible. It's just so sad because you'll have your pictures forever and he hates how he looks. I understand they all had "final fittings" but my husband was getting married and came in two day before. I am not even sure if he even took a really good look at the the tux, but it the tailor job to say, this doesn't fit your arms or slim fit, I would never let a customer leave my shop looking like that. Also a few guys came in the same day for final fittings living out of state, im not even sure if the tuxes were tailored right because of how they were treated by the associate in the store. He was so incredibly rude. It's not just the customers job to say I don't like this, especially when they've never worn anything like it, associates have to speak up and say things. I paid A LOT of money, and did not get the service I paid for. Chazz needs to hire someone else who will be honest with the customers so they don't leave looking like this. Do not go here! I came in a couple weeks before my wedding, explained what I was looking for got directed to some great selections, then picked it out with all the options in under an hour. When I came back for the pickup and final fitting the alterations were made while I waited and were done in under 20 minutes.
