I booked the "murder massage" (1h murder podcast and "full body" massage) she brought a phone in and played it through what I could only assume was YouTube ( with adds that she was more focused on skipping than massaging). She didn't touch my legs at all which highly disappointed me due to that being the reason I came and the cheap massage table left bruises on my cheeks and my cheekbones are extremely sore, while getting the massage I could hear the other employees laughing in the hallway. Terrible experience not to mention the use of cooking oil for massage oil, and the smell of cat food combined with hand sanitizer throughout the whole building. Not relaxing at all, I heard them laughing and discriminating against customers in the hallway while I was getting dressed. Very unprofessional, their "waiting area" has a two way mirror and I am highly convinced this was a mental institution before they taped a piece of paper with their name on it beside the third floor button in the elevator.

She is a former RN and has all the rigorous medical knowledge to know when a client needs to see a surgeon instead. She puts her heart and mind into every client. When i showed up I thought I was in the wrong place except for the sign outside the house. I knocked on the door and a teenage boy let me in and I walked into the living room where there were 4 kids sitting watching TV. Kathy came out and said she was finishing up with a client and I could wait in the living room with her kids or in another room. I chose the other room but it wasn't much better, it was her bedroom where I sat on the edge of her bed and watched TV until she finished with her client. She came in and got me and took me into the massage room which was great, the music and lighting was what you would expect for a massage parlor. The only down side was that you could hear the TV on in the next room and at one point someone came into the kitchen which was only separated from the massage room by a curtain and it made me very uncomfortable to be naked on the table so close to some rando. The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 0 was that it was a really really amazing massage. I came in with really tight shoulders and a crick in my neck and asked for a 30 minute massage. She ended up spending over an hour on me and kept digging until she got the knot out. Then she rubbed icy hot on my sore muscles and did a quick run down of the rest of my body (including my stomach, which I thought was a little weird). I can't say that I won't be going back if I have a really tight spot because I know she will be able to get it out. However, I will definitely request that her family not be roaming around, and I suggest that she move her business out of her home. If she did, I would be a regular customer.

His suggestions have always been on point and complement what I am looking for in a cut or color. He listens to what I say and takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. Kris is very friendly and professional and really does a great, great job! The shop always looks neat and the stylist's stations are sectioned off to give you your stylist's full attention. Parking lots are available nearby as is metered parking on the street around the shop.
