I am so happy with my decision and our results! I started by taking my daughter first as she needed a new color/style for school. I was so very impressed before even meeting her because she reached out to me before the appointment to ask a few questions so that she could try to make sure she had a good idea of the color and cut that my daughter was interested in. She does a great consultation in the beginning to better understand what you are looking for before she starts. She is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you sit down. Jenna thoroughly explained everything that she would be doing before she did it and also offered some great tips on haircare and styling tips in general.
