When we were renting in Oliver, our landlord had the roof redone and the guys who did the work were tattooed, thuggish looking men who smoked and swore and talked loudly and, worst of all, left loose nails and shingles all over the property. After drilling the concrete and installing the mounting bracket, we realized that the new unit was bigger and was blocking the side walk access to the back yard! I suggested that we look at mounting the air conditioner on the opposite side of the house. After looking at what was required to relocate the unit, Curtis and Nathan remounted the brackets to the wall and made the necessary changes to accomodate the install. The air conditioner was running by end of day and ready for the 30 degree temperatue that we had the following day. Job well done. I was very pleased with the way the install went even with changing the location of the unit!

We were able to wait until the morning to avoid the middle of the night call out. Ricardo promptly came out and inspected our dinosaur furnace and told me the bad news - broken ball bearings and holes throughout. Ricardo did a temporary fix to keep it partially running while we d schussed options for a new furnace with Curtis. All correspondence was answered promptly via email and Curtis was available by phone as well. A-1 offered to loan us free heaters in the interim as well. We ended up going with a 2 stage high efficiency and an AC coil for future AC install. The quotes were provided via email with links directly to the Bryant website to view the most current information. I can't remember the name of the next gentleman who came out but he was on time and professional. We were really happy from start to finish with the service received. Never debt pressures to buy bigger or more expensive items and things were explained to me in a way I could understand. There were a few hiccups when all was said and done but everything was handled with grace and I feel confident in the service received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Curtis or his crew for any of your heating or cooling needs. PS locally owned and operated in St. A for +40 years! I read all the Google reviews on various companies and choose Expert Insulation…read more First I had a quote done. I was contacted quickly and made the appointment for the quote. Very easy. Went online and requested the quote and received a phone call to set it up. The gentleman who came for the quote was quite informative and helpful and professional. He was easy to talk to and sent me the quote within 15 minutes of the inspection. I also needed a vent hooked up to the outside and they were able to quote for that too. Took about 3 weeks to get the insulation blow in because they have been busy. Which was no big deal. Roofer with the company or the company uses was professional and came before the insulation went in. What I appreciated was his professional demeanour and they said they would arrive between 8-4 and were at my house moments after 8am. And was done incredibly quick. I received a reminder notice of the insulation being installed with photos of who the technicians would be. They both arrived within the set timeline (even with the freezing rain issues). Very professional and kind. They told me what they'd be doing to make sure what I wanted is being done. Then explained the process and went right into putting barriers in place to not damage my floors or walls. They let me pop my head into the attic to see the before and after as well as my new vent instal (after the insulation is in I wouldn't be able to see it). They were very professional. I appreciate how well they cleaned up afterwards. They also interacted with each other in a professional way. They wiped down above all my doors and trim and vacuumed all the insulation that blew off the blanket/throws. I was also impressed that it wasn't very loud. I expected it to be a noisy process and it wasn't. I highly recommend Expert Insulation. Very thankful for the amazing work that's been done and the people I interacted with were great.
