The lady here is very nice and helpful. It is clean and the machines are in good condition.

They rip you off. The have machines that take money wont go in it or give you a refund. This is hard earned money yall stealing.

Their hours are advertised until 9 PM. It's not accurate, they can close randomly anytime they feel like it. They also don't allow you to put your laundry in after 7:30 PM. Even though the average time to wash is 30 minutes and the average time to dry is 20 minutes--they close the washers at 7:30 PM. I didn't get much of a chance to wash my clothes, of course I got there late! 7:20! Even still they wouldn't let me do my clothes. I'm actually OK, the woman who works there is a chainsmoker, I couldn't get within 10 feet due to the tobacco smell. I'd be careful getting my clothes cleaned here, particularly dry cleaning, not sure they'll come out smelling clean, might have a hint of tobacco? read more

Laundromat itself was very clean. Games in the back for entertainment with a small section for kids! Washers are in very good condition. I loved it the two women up front were amazing, friendly ,and very helpful. Definitely a place to come back to! read more

This place was disgusting! The washing machines were filthy, let alone the facility itself was dirty. I would never go back here again!

If I could give a minus rating I would. Worst customer service ever! Dropped off clothes for a funeral on Monday and asked if I could get by Thursday. Woman said I will have it by Wednesday and wrote on ticket. Mind you my dad had just died on Monday. Came on Wednesday and woman at desk looked furiously through the rack several times stating she was new. Called another employee for help to no avail, I left to take care of errands praying the clothes were found. Came back and woman that took initial order said she didn't promise We'd. Even though put on ticket. Then after looking everywhere finally looked at clothes delivery book to find it wasn't delivered, 30 min wasted! Called next day, not there. Then at 1:00 received a call that plant can't find items and wanted to know sizes and brand names, please note when dropping off clothes. Anyway ended up having to buy clothes at last minute. No call from cleaners after last call. Called on Monday, Mgr. says clothes were there since Thursday! Then rude when I complained, in addition indicated I had hung up on employee, blatant lie! The management needs better workers for the weekend shift. The person on the weekend had a customer that lost there money in a machine and when he asked to get his money back was told that he did it wrong and was asked to leave. This is not acceptable. He paid for a service and was told that he would have to close the door and try again. The people that use the laundry mat are already financially challenged. Stealing money from customers that are already in need is not the way to run a business. Taking advantage of a mentally different person is not ok. A laundry mat attendant is supposed to assure customer satisfaction, not excuse theft from customers. read more

The building over all is aged, if I had to guess maybe 10-15 years old. The machines are a mix of new models. I can only assume they have bathrooms although there isn't a sign that says so. The people who work here from what I have seen are two women. One seems to be the manager/owner she isn't always in the best of moods and the first time I spoke to her she seemed very irritated but did answer the questions I had and gave an overview of what the facility had. The dryers are $.25 per 6 minutes. The washers start at around $2 and go as high as around $6 with washing cycles of around 30 minutes,there are quarter machines and arcade games. The kinds of people to expect are everyday people and only a few strange people. Sunday's are especially busy so keep that in mind too. Overall though, decent place to do laundry and then go on about your day. read more

Due to my procrastination I waited until the last minute to get my wedding dress pressed before the big day but it was ready in less than 48 hours and I paid less than $10. I called my mother to ask for recommendations and she said this is the place she has always used and never had a problem. I would come back here again. read more

Very clean, neat establishment with the convenience of both laundry and dry cleaning services. There is a separate area for hand washed clothes. Loved the detailed instructions on "how to use" the machines. There were also notes on machines that had minor issues i.e..cold "this machine-cold water wash only" ; "best for heavy loads". The lady, who is the manager or owner, is never in the best mood. She makes sure your doing what you're suppose to. She's rude and annoying. She never greets you. The washing machines are a combination of new and old. As far as I can see, all the dryers are old. The structure of this place is old as well. Just wash your clothes and get out. read more

This place takes your 5.00 in quarters if you don't know how to close the washer door properly. Don't go there if you have a headache and or have a hard time reading all the many signs as well. Now a day's 5.00 dollars can be helpful or really used. Also there is no way to contact the owner to put in any kind of a complaint. read more

Hmmm...well this place was really creepy looking when I came to check it out for the first time. I mean the location was weird too, you're back to back with a storage facility and both look really run down. A laundry mat should have a look of reassurance and cleanliness. Which I feel lacked both.The prices looked reasonable, but unfortunately I didn't feel like that was good enough incentive to do my laundry here. Plus side, there were only three people here the day I came and looks like the week days are quiet if you chose to wash here. read more

I wish I could give negative stars for their employees!!! There was a lady that wore glasses with short brown hair and she was the rudest person I've ever dealt with!!!! I've only been in there a few times but when she's there I won't stay. I just wait and come back another day. Not only was this girl rude to me but I forgot my laundry soap and dryer sheets so I went back an hour later to get them and they were gone. When I went to walk out of the door I saw my stuff hidden behind the counter and even asked the girl if anyone had left any detergent and laundry sheets there and she told me no. I decided not to say anything to the manager because if that girl needed it that badly she could have it. The other girl I met deserves 10 stars. I think she said her name was Amanda or mindy or Mandy. She was the sweetest most friendly person I've had the privilege of meeting and they should hire ten more just like her!!! read more
