Ash was phenomenal with instructions and ensuring I felt comfortable and understood everything. The payment process was extremely easy and everywhere has really clear instructions as well as advice The bathrooms were also extraordinarily clean and overall I felt very safe and comfortable here. The vending machines are also very well stocked and you can use your laundry card as well! One of my favorite features is that you can open up the dryers to check your load and it pauses the cycle versus completely stopping. Even though the average time to wash is 30 minutes and the average time to dry is 20 minutes--they close the washers at 7:30 PM. I didn't get much of a chance to wash my clothes, of course I got there late! 7:20! Even still they wouldn't let me do my clothes. I'm actually OK, the woman who works there is a chainsmoker, I couldn't get within 10 feet due to the tobacco smell. I'd be careful getting my clothes cleaned here, particularly dry cleaning, not sure they'll come out smelling clean, might have a hint of tobacco?

I show back up at 11:40ish pm to remove my things and take them home. Come to find out lazy employment locks up early and dug out. I sat there trying to call the number on the door no answer. So because they wanted to lock up early with my belongings in the dryer, now i have to go out of my way to wake up and be there prior to opening at 5am and pray that nothing gets stolen. Im not a very wealthy man, but im still putting money in some dickbags pockets, who cant even make sure the doors open and close on time. Because your lazy employment, I as a consumer suffer the consequences. I feel bad that the employee whos hopefully gonna show up on time to open the doors, is gonna have to deal with some assholes laziness from last night. Piss poor business etiquette.
