The receptionist was the rudest girl I have ever met. The nurse that called us back was not friendly. When the doctor came in she blew me off, wouldn't listen to what I had to say and dismissed me. When we left my mom saw the staff in the back grinning and snickering at us. One man threw over his shoulder "have a good day". I drove an hour to be treated this way. I will never go back! I am furious!​

The state of the art medical equipment was very impressive, as well!! I would recommend this hospital to anyone, for any illness. It truly surpassed my expectations! Laura Tinnell

my dad was in the hospital for a week with cancer, cannot get out of bed, he would hit his call…read morebutton just needing something cold to drink because his throat hurt, the nurse would come 2 hours later. they set him on the bed side toilet, let him, mind you he cannot stand on his own, they left him on the toilet for an hour, we met with the doc, Dr Holt, complete asshole, made us feel like we had completely wasted a bed and time for the last week. I told the floor nurse he was an ass and she just said that is how he is, I hope no one else has him with his terrible bed side manner.
