my dad was in the hospital for a week with cancer, cannot get out of bed, he would hit his call…read morebutton just needing something cold to drink because his throat hurt, the nurse would come 2 hours later. they set him on the bed side toilet, let him, mind you he cannot stand on his own, they left him on the toilet for an hour, we met with the doc, Dr Holt, complete asshole, made us feel like we had completely wasted a bed and time for the last week. I told the floor nurse he was an ass and she just said that is how he is, I hope no one else has him with his terrible bed side manner.

The nurses were extremely helpful also when I discussed other issues with them about my PCP. They were able to refer me to a better PCP and get me the meds I needed. Highly recommend visiting. Going to this facility vs the wait time to get a referral then the wait time to get it scheduled through a hospital oout weighs Itself. Forget the beaurocracy of waiting and call to get in immediately. You and whoever else you want the report to go to will be sent and you walk out with the disc. Highly recommend!

In the past year I have visited a few times because of the location. For the most part the nurses were rude. One in particular yelled at a doctor for taking a room in front of my boyfriend and I. The next nurse I dealt with was training and stuck up, gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. The bathrooms after the lobby are horrible, I remember seeing blood splatters all over the sink and even without them the bathroom was a grim site alone. These people somewhere along the lines forgot they are suppose to be caregivers. I've had one good encounter with any one of them behind reception. The place is unclean and unprofessional. I will not go back.
