Long wait times and high prices. Not a good combination. Be prepared to spend $165 before even seeing a vet tech. After more than 3 hours of waiting, I was handed a price list for services that they could perform on my bird. I decided to take my bird and get out of there! Their solution to everything is to put the animal down ( not all the vets but most) or pay multiple thousands to keep them there overnight. Exotic vet of orlando charged me 500 for the same care & two days overnight. My other bird hit window & was told I needed to euthanize or pay again 6 grand for three days stay on oxygen. I demanded we give what they could without stay they gave gavapintin & fluids. No anti inflammatory usually given for brain swelling. My vet stated gavapintin takes a little to work so my bird was in pain the entire time. We survived but now have permanent wobble maybe caused by no anti inflammatory meds...Euthanasia was uncalled for. Ive been told to euthanize every animal but 1. So 1 out of 5. After 4 Euthanasias I stopped taking their word for things. read more

To be fair, the memorial items we received for our guinea pig were beautifully done. We received her ashes, a paw print with her name, and a keepsake containing some of her fur. What made this experience especially disappointing is that I have unfortunately had to navigate the loss of a pet before, and my experience at another veterinary practice was very different. While policies, pricing, and procedures naturally vary from place to place, I felt that previous providers showed a greater level of compassion, professionalism, and sensitivity during an emotionally difficult time. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND HATE ANIMALS! I do NOT recommend St. Charles Veterinary Hospital. My boyfriend and I brought in a newborn baby rabbit because we genuinely thought they would help save it. Instead, the rabbit was killed, and the entire experience was heartbreaking and upsetting. We are trapping cats dumped locally. As I was sitting watching drop trap I saw a animal get hit. I ran over scared ,and sadly the animal hit was a cat recently dumped and I called baby Josie. I told the man to bring to St Charles. I called them letting them know baby was coming , and she told me already there. I told her I'd take responsibility for this cat, and I told her I'd go that way, but will take about 20 min to get there. I left and headed that way. Upon arrival even after a conversation with this lady , and she knew I was coming ,She told me since guy dropped cat off consider baby abandoned. They refused to let me help this baby mentally and financially. I stead they are making this baby suffer all night even being critical,and calling Animal control in morning.. we are trapping/rescuing cats at a local gas station and sadly, one of the ones was hit by a car this evening. A gentleman picked up the cat and rushed it to this emergency hospital. We called immediately to offer to pay whatever needed to be paid. We were advised that because the cat was dropped off. It was considered abandoned and they would be calling animal control. Keep in mind this Cat had been hit by a car and had blood coming out of its nose most likely internal injuries and is suffering. When I called back, they advised they would be keeping the cat alive or at least letting it sit there, until they call animal control in the morning. So they are letting this cat suffer all night, instead of allowing someone who has been trying to rescue that cat pay for the euthanasia so that baby wouldn't have to suffer since they advised us this Cat was critical. this cat was taken to this hospital because that is where the girl I am working with goes for her animals. I can tell you I will never go there, and she will be finding a new vet. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She was a client and offered to take care of this animal, and they refused to allow her to do so.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] SHAME ON YOU! That poor baby didn't deserve to suffer... I brought My almost 12 week old puppy here, you look like he was seizing, he was lethargic he couldn't breathe very well. He was vomiting. He had wet poops and he couldn't stand on his own. We went there in the state of an emergency. They asked us to deposit $900 just to put him on CPR. Update from March 2023....unfortunately I found myself back at St Charles with my border collie Stormee. In October she had her spleen removed in NJ and we were told it was cancerous. Knowing her tone was limited we have her the best end of life that we could, including taking her back to our second home so that she could swim through the winter and be spoiled. When it was time, she let me know and we went to St. Charles, I could tell things had changed and the doctor and tech were very kind, and allowed us as much time as we needed but in the end confirmed it was time to say goodbye. Thank you St. Charles, for being there when we needed you and for not rushing us and allowing me to hold my girl until her last heartbeat. I will forever miss my girl, but know and appreciate the courtesy and respect we were shown at your facility. read more

Don't take your pets to this veterinarian. I took my three-month-old Shih Tzu there because he had diarrhea and was pooping blood. One said he might have worms, another suggested he had something stuck in his stomach.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then, a nurse came in asking us to sign a $600 deposit without explaining what it was for, which made me feel pressured, so I signed it to help my pup. Later, I found out the deposit was just for a liquid IV. The nurse returned, said he had worms without any testing, gave me medication, and sent us home. The next day, my dog was still pooping blood and was very weak. I rushed him to another vet, only to discover he had pneumonia. This place is the most DISGUSTING place to take your pet. They wanted almost 5,000 for not even 3 days of care. Didn't even have the technology to take care of him even though they are charging those rates. I was there for almost 10 hours for 3 days in a row and the vet only came in twice to tell me to put him down even though they didn't know what was wrong with him. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also anytime I had a question for the tech she would take at least an hour to get an answer which half the time wasn't even answering my full question.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He was only 3 years old and was completely healthy had the correct diet great care at home everything. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I called to see what happened the lady was extremely rude and told me that she was going to hang up on me if I didn't just agree with her (This was after it took her days to call me back).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I paid 1,500 in just blood work and home care. There were other medications that they gave him after I said I didn't want to because I was already paying so much money (it was a 70$ shot) then when I brought it up they just dismissed it and said I still had to pay for it even though I didn't agree for him to get it. Not to mention the EXTRA $400.00 charge to hand feed him. When I decided to transfer hospitals because I have no trust in this one it took them 2 hours to just get the paperwork around and when I asked if they could get his vitals before we left so I could make sure he was stable enough to travel they just dismissed it and sent us on our way (even though I paid 80ish dollars for him to just sit in the office). I know that these people have no idea what they are doing with exotic pets I brought him in because he wasn't eating and was having irregular bowl movements when he left he looked awful and couldn't even stand up on his own he was so weak (not to include that I had to argue with the vet tech saying rabbits are able to throw up THEY CANNOT THROW UP) The pictures listed first are actually him in their office then the next 2 following ones are 7 hours apart from after he was treated here . Then the last 4 pictures are just showing how loving and outgoing he was even for a prey animal. The pictures in between are also including the bill. Do NOT bring your pet here. I brought my 1 1/2 year old dog hear feeling lethargic and bleeding. The lack of care and empathy the entire team showed was something out of a horror movie. They did not start caring for my dog until the credit card cleared. Once cleared the front desk alerts the team in the back via an ear piece they all wear that payment was accepted so they can now start treating him. I have grown up around dogs my entire life, so we are very familiar with vet visits but I have never experienced anything even remotely close to this. We had as good an experience as one could have bringing a pet in for an emergency. For us, our little bunny was seizing non-stop for over an hour before we decided to make the hour trip from Orlando to this 24/7 clinic (closest one that could accept specialty animals). We arrived tired, sad, and beaten at 2am, trying to hold our bunny still as she continued her spasms. Doing our own research on the way there, we knew things probably didn't look good for our bunny, so we were already set on knowing what we had to do to relieve her of the pain. When we arrived, it was empty, and the receptionist immediately took a look at the situation and started the process quickly. Our bunny was taken into the back even before we were fully checked in. The receptionist asked if we wanted the vet to stabilize our bunny. We weren't too sure what that meant, but if there was a chance to calm her spasms and see if there was more to be done, we would, so we paid the $600 stabilization fee. I think it took about 15-20 minutes before we were then taken to the back to meet with the diagnosis, which generally wasn't good. They proposed a bill of $6k+ to run a bunch of tests and were honest to us that they could run all of these, and our bun still could have a poor quality of life or even pass. So we asked to put her to sleep peacefully and were able to hold and spend our last moments with her before they took her away for the injection. They offered us some options for how we wanted to bring her home, which included cremation services, but we just wanted to have her back and bury her in our garden that had her favorite basil that she munched on. She was returned to us in a simple box, and we went home. The thing that stuck out the most that made me need to review and leave a strong 5 stars, was that contrary to most of the negative reviews I was reading about the place only caring about money, was that before we left, the technician mentioned we may get some of the $600 stabilization fee back since we ended up putting our bunny down. I didn't really understand the details of it, and honestly didn't expect them to follow through, but I thanked her and left and forgot about that conversation. A few months later, we received a call from the clinic asking if our credit card on file was still valid/current, as they were going to process that refund that was mentioned so long ago. We ended up receiving almost 1/3 of the fee back. They could have easily "forgotten" or even not mentioned this when we were there and pocketed the full amount, but they didn't. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness in what should have been a capitalistic transaction, and I would come here for emergency services again if I generally knew what was needed. read more

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR SMALL ANIMALS HERE!!! This hospital was the absolute worst veterinary I've ever been to. First thing I walk in for my guinea pig, he had a cyst like bacterial infection in his throat and they charged me automatically 150$ for an exam, but the exam was not an exam... they weighed him, checked temperature, heartbeat and counted his breath. After that the doctor left the room for almost an hour a different doctor came in telling me that the vets have a plan to have surgery and SEDATE him only for 2,500$!!!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was shocked by the amount that they were asking for and I asked the doctor some questions like what should proper gut movements and his pooping look like because I was concerned about that too and his response was "I don't know I didn't study guinea pigs" so I asked him another question, I asked is it maybe what he's eating like his hay is the wrong brand or his vegetables are the wrong vegetables and the doctor responded again with "I really don't know I'm not a guinea pig doctor".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So that doctor gave me a paper with a plan for surgery for my baby boy guinea pig and I was reading it and they were planing to sedate him but I've had animals in the past like other guineas and bunny that have been sedated for surgery and died because there small bodies can't handle the sedation sometimes, so we declined the sedation and just asked if they could drain the Cyst and give him antibiotics for it and the doctor said yes that's fine so they took him in the back for about an hour. After a hour they brought my baby back to me and he was acting weird like he was kinda dying in a way like he just looked so drained of life in his eyes. They gave me three different medications for him and the total I spent was about 400-500$ I brought him back home and he still wasn't eating for drinking. I got him to eat a vitamin c treat and some broccoli and I gave him his medicine and he layed down and when to sleep. I woke up the next morning and he passed away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I immediately called the vet asking for an explanation and they said "well you didn't want to pay for all the treatments that we offered and that's why he passed but if you want him cremated you can come in and pay for that" I literally could not believe I just said that's all my questions and hung up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I should've trusted my gut before coming here, I read the reviews and saw that a couple of people had also brought there animals and later after they died but I panicked and rushed and wasn't thinking. I saw about 10 people out of 15 walk out of that office crying because their animal died. My peanut is now passed and I can't bring him back but I can prevent others from going through the same thing. so PLEASE do not bring you small animals here. I know it's an emergency hospital for ALL animals but they specialize in DOGS!!! Her medical and mental health had decline, saturday she developed seizures and I had to make that difficult decision to sent her to the rainbow bridge. I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital. I want to thank the lady at the reception desk for her prompt attention. Not worth the wait. I called ahead of time to make sure I could bring my bunny in for treatment and drove roughly an hour to arrive by 7:30. At first everything seemed to be going smoothly-- the waiting room was empty and I got checked in quickly and my bunny was taken in almost immediately to check her vitals. Over the phone I was told I'd have a 2-4 hour wait. It ended up being roughly 6 hours. The dr didn't have any good explanation for what was going on other than some tidbits about rabbit dentistry (which I have already been aware of; any sort of medical history I provided was clearly not relayed, and I was not given the chance to explain thoroughly earlier.) At the end of the conversation the vet tech came back with the estimated bill consisting of dozens of tests basically blindly charging money in order to magically figure out what's going on (totaling ~$1800 excluding the $150 emergency visit fee). I told them I feel much more comfortable waiting to see her usual vet and would just prefer medications to stabilize her until I schedule an appt. It was probably another hour or so before they were able to check me out and fill her 2(!!!) prescriptions. Another thing, the dr. at one point mentioned that at some point euthanasia could be considered depending on the severity of her condition. I don't know why he mentioned this considering he wasn't even able to diagnose her with anything concrete. At this point she was stable (albeit probably starved since we had been there for so long and she wasn't fed dinner at that point). I understand that the possibility is always there, but it seemed super inappropriate and insensitive given the lack of actual diagnosis. Also at one point, my partner and I overheard a staff member in another room (our patient room was next door to a staff only area) numbly and loudly refer to "a pile of dead animals" which was extremely alarming and upsetting. I'm sure the staff get numb to the happenings of an emergency vet clinic, but to say something like that so loud enough to hear between walls was so unprofessional. read more

I needed a vet on the weekend. This was the closest vet ER. I saw the negative reviews but didn't read them. Figured people were overreacting. I was wrong. Took my dog for something minor. They immediately tell me she's dying. WHAT? She needs to be hospitalized immediately. I was a total wreck, sobbing in the room. I almost agreed. But I decided to wait, to see my regular vet. Thank god. The same tests were run the very next day. All results normal. My vet could not explain the results from the previous day. My dog - aside from the extremely MINOR actual issue I had brought her in for - was absolutely FINE. I was put on an emotional roller coaster due to... what? Negligence? Intentional tampering with the samples to make money? I wanted to believe it was somehow a genuine mistake... but then I actually went back and read the negative reviews I had immediately dismissed when looking for a vet initially. Seems like if it was a mistake, it's one that happens far too frequently. I should have known when I was signing the initial paperwork and saw the clause about agreeing to not "bully" or "slander" the clinic online. Unfortunately, it's not slander when it's the truth. Brought my dog in to the ER section of this practice for blood in urine and seeming painful during urination. She seemed fine that morning, maybe took a little longer to potty but didn't notice pain- also ate and drank just fine. While I was at work, she vomited some of her food (not much) and then the urination issues- figured maybe a UTI for the dog, was willing to wait after a triage check. Because having someone with knowledge assess her was going to be way better than my preliminary suspicions. The vets did a wonderful triage check that included some bloodwork. Her numbers were way off, ended up being not just a simple UTI. They kept her in house treated her all weekend (happened on a Friday evening, and she went downhill quickly). They called and updated me every day with both good and bad news, as my dog took time to stabilize but once stable they got to experience her calm, loving demeanor. Even got a photo email update and discussed with the vet that my dog was one that had E-Collar paralysis (would NOT move nor eat with it on, and because of IV fluids she wasn't drinking as much...); after removal, with monitoring, she didn't bother her IV and ended up eating better. Took her to our usual vet Monday morning, who confirmed diagnosis and got set up with specialists. I appreciated that St Charles was willing to let her go to her usual vet practice who had seen her yearly bloodwork numbers a few months before, so they had a better picture of overall health and just how quick/far this decline had been. Prices were pretty on par with what I expected for an emergent visit- higher than usual, but that's the cost of having someone available outside normal hours. I did end up needing to put my dog down shortly after, due to complications with her diagnosis, but the vet staff here was absolutely fantastic to me and my pupper. I recommended them to a friend that needed an ER vet this month, and they are now on the list to transfer their dog's care full time to this practice. I really like my vet, but the staff and doctors here were wonderful for an emergency. Thank you for treating me and my dog so wonderfully in our critical time. If you need an ER, absolutely this is a great place. If you are looking for a new vet practice for your animals, they seem to treat a wide variety. Caring staff, vets willing to explain. And, yes, maybe a bit of human medicine in my past so I understood the jargon and didn't need as much explanation, but they were willing to talk down the things I didn't understand if I asked. I didn't feel dumb for any questions, and I appreciated that they were able to scale their wording based on my responses. read more

Place is so bad it made me make an account. Just shocking how little they care and sympathize for their "customers". Came on a Saturday at 2:45pm with a total of 4 cars in the parking lot and picked up my dog at 11:45pm. The dog did not have surgery, we were not allowed to go back behind the door with her. They basically just let her get the allergic reaction out of her system in a crate then call us at 10:00 pm and say yeah we are gonna give her some fluids and release her to you. $600 later I have my dog back and a story to tell. read more

I have been to this ER several times with 3 French Bulldogs! I can say I made the right choice when I picked St Charles to help with my little Frenchie who ate a toy. We had to rush him into ER, get emergency surgery, and wait to see what would happen. He spent 9 days in the hospital and I can say we never felt alone during the process. Philip, is a one year old Frenchie that needed a lot of love and attention. He fought his way thru every obstacle and even when hope was a lot to ask for he proved to us he wasn't going anywhere. Dr, N, Dr. Knight, Dr. Burke and all the other Drs., vet techs, and the ladies up front made sure our little guy got everything he needed! Philip was in good hands from the start. They were upfront with the costs, procedure, process and worst case scenarios. Yes, the cost to go to an ER can be ridiculous and stressful BUT the attention and comfort St. Charles provided was worth every penny. Philip was so happy with them, comfortable and has even made St Charles his home away from home. He made a lot of girlfriends and friends there but nothing will make you feel great when you take your kid for a follow up and he runs down the hall to visit his favorite girlfriend Nicole! St Charles saved my Frenchies life! We made the decision that we would bring all 3 of our pets to their regular clinic. We live 45 mins away and for an awesome team we will make the drive! My oldest Frenchie is getting Laser Therapy for a spine issues and is doing great with treatments. Went to his neurologist and did not need surgery! With that my middle Frenchie will also begin Spinal Laser Therapy and can't wait to see the results! Take it from someone who spent $28k to save my dogs life, this place was worth it!! Knew that would be expensive because they are open 24/7. staff was nice, but nice didn't help my pet...spent nearly 900 dollars to find out misdiagnosed...no treatment was given and wanted to keep him overnight for 3 nights, @ 3600 dollar price tag! few days went by called to have stool checked again, they wanted another 115 to diagnosis??? really just spend 900 and did nothing! but recommend 3 nights in hospital again for 3600 dollars...no other options given. so had records sent to my personal vet. they were totally amazed all money spend with NO treatment, they my vet told me that my pet was misdiagnosed...omg...as if not under enough stress already...please do not trough your money again. don't want to happen to anyone else. read more

I sat in a room for 8hrs for a few techs to take my dog to a supposed "doctor" to not be able to make any kind of diagnosis and to bring me a list of everything they could possibly think to test for because after 30min in a waiting room and like six hours of just back and forth with the tech about how they just don't know what is wrong with my dog. They wanted $10,000 for these mystery tests from a doctor I never spoke to and to top it all off they charged me for 8 cans of dog food my vomiting and sick dog did not eat, charged me for fluids they did not give. read more

In 2019 we took our dog to this vet. They literally saved her life after being misdiagnosed by two other vets. We thought very highly of them. Over the last two years we have noticed a swinging door with their staff. They are never the same people and have become increasingly less caring. That alone should tell me something. They do not have dedicated rooms for only cats or only dogs. I am highly allergic to cats so I have to wait in the car while my wife takes our pet inside. Other vets have dedicated rooms. The cleanliness has changed too. There is pet hair in the lobby and in the examination rooms which tells us that they are not thoroughly cleaning between services. They are also at least three times the price of other vets and require you to see a doctor at $73 per pop even if your pet only needs an allergy shot. This increased my already high bill from $93 to $167 and that is with a Disney Cast discount. I will continue to use this vet only because they have accurate diagnosis of what is happening with our pet. read more

ZERO STARS... DO NOT RECOMMEND! I took my dog here because he had tremors and could barely walk. The doctor advised he had THC in his system which i though was odd bc I don't have any of that in my home, so I was like omg i wonder if a neighbor threw something over the fence to try and poison him. They claim to have flushed his system and given him meds. We went home with him and about 3 hours later he started seizing. I rushed him back here to be told I would have to pay another $600 to stabilize him after just doing that a few hours ago. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The doctor came in the room (different doctor from a few hours ago) and says "I don't think its THC because that wouldn't cause him to seize but we don't have time to think on a budget" (How rude!!)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told them I wasn't able to afford paying what they were quoting to which they suggested I apply for credit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I then heard the receptionist outside the door (i guess she thought she was whispering) saying "she's going to apply for the credit."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I wasn't able to get approved, so they shoved euthanizing him down my throat. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was crying, upset and clueless as I am a first-time dog mom.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I signed the paper to euthanize him thinking that he had no chance. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I then heard her whispering out the door again "she signed it".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I wish i had read these reviewed BEFORE taking my dog here. He was only 2 years old and had a lot of life left to live. I miss my guy so much and wish i had taken him and just waited to see the vet on Monday! Do not waste your time going here. Of course our senior kitty Mia took a turn for the worst on Halloween night. Our regular vet ( who was closed) referred us to two different emergency vets. We called St Charles and were told to come right over. Given her health conditions and her age we had decide it was time to euthanize her. So hard to make this decision for your loving pet!! The staff was so kind and caring. They made a difficult situation much much easier. Everything was calming including the room setup and their attention to Mia and to us. I can't thank them for the care we all received that night and after. when it's time for a new pet St Charles will be my vets!! Thank you to the staff who helped that night. read more

Recently we took our pet in for an emergency doctors visit due to a severe neck injury. We had to wait in the car every time the vet examined our pet, despite eventually seeing the vet in a little examination room at one point. We were given a list of a suggested care plan, but financially decided to do the first top 3 things and decide from those results what else would be necessary. Most people can't just afford to do every little thing they want without any results first as to what the problem is. The vet refused to draw blood from our pet without sedating him. Our primary vet informed us a day later that was not necessary. After getting the results we were told there was an infection and sent home with antibiotics. However our vet looked over the papers the next day and said that the numbers looked fine and he had no idea what they were referring to. Either they didn't send all the paper work like they were supposed to or they were wrong. Our pet's conditioned worsened and we took him into his primary vet who did XRays at a more affordable price point. The vet was able to do it while the bird was awake, and no sedation was needed like this office claimed. I called back to this office after the primary appointment and asked how much they would charge for a CT scan if the vet referred off. They told me they couldn't give me a quote without seeing the bird again. The doctor LITERALLY had just seen the bird and nothing had changed. On top of that the secretary made a comment about how we turned down most of their treatment plan and therefore would have to pay for another physical exam for the bird before they would do the CT scan, despite the referral. First off, they never mentioned CT scan as a possibility. Second why can't they give a general price range? I've called multiple vet offices that can at least give a generalized range on the price of the CT scan. My husband and I both feel like they are more interested in money than the well being of pets. Which honestly is what I saw in other reviews but I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. I would suggest finding a vet clinic that helps animas because they care and will give price quotes upfront. It's tragic they have access to a CT scan but refuse to give even a generalized quote without charging us another $75+ for a physical the vet just did. Also this place is insanely slow. We were there from 7:45PM-2AM and there were giant gaps of time when we heard nothing. read more

I took my cat in for possible blindness, high blood pressure check, vomiting and weight loss. I had went to a vet before coming to this hospital and they told me go to hospital to get blood test done to see issue. So I go thinking they were going to be able to help me out. I had made the mistake of mentioning that my cat was having heavy breathing issues on the way over in car ride and they took full advantage of that. I signed paper work and put down $600 and they took her back. Said that they put an IV in and put her in an oxygen chamber to help with the breathing issue. The nurse girl that came in showed us a treatment plan that was $5000+. Or course scared my husband and I on how we are going to pay for this. That's where they get you. Scare you that you may loose your pet. They want your money nothing less. They don't want to help. I had mention about doing a blood test because that's what I came in for and blood pressure test because the regular vet told me possible retinal detachment and the hospital would be able to give me some drops to help repair this. When I mention this she said the cat was brought in for breathing and was scaring us saying if my cat was removed from the oxygen chamber she would get worse. After discussing with my husband we weren't feeling this hosptial anymore. Something seemed suspicious. The doctor originally said her oxygen pulse was at 100% but they put her in the oxygen chamber for what reason? To make money! They did no blood work, no blood pressure test, wouldn't even think about the idea of giving drops of the eyes to help. The girl kept pressuring us coming back with another treatment plan that was at $2000 now. We were there for 2 hours and I believe they did nothing but take my money. They shaved an area of her arm but was there an IV? Who knows! Was my cat put into an oxygen chamber? I doubt it. This place is a massive scam and I do not recommend at all. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. St. Charles Animal hospital is STAFFED with GRADUATES of 2014, 2016 and 2018. We are in 2020. Draw your own conclusions. We were referred to St.Charles Animal Hospital by a local vet, due to evident false pregnancy symptoms in our intact cat. I spent 7 (SEVEN) hours in the parking lot, when I was told it will take a bit more than an hour for my cat to be seen. And, just after paying USD 700.00, the front desk lady thrown a fit when I needed 2 minutes to take pictures of tests results in the lobby.
