WOW Known as the "antique capitol of East Texas" Gladewater's down town has lost some of its luster and "true Antique/Collectible stores. But this new store is sure a refreshing shot in the arm to downtown Gladewater and I hope to see a resurgence of other similar quality Antique/Collectible shops in downtown.

I was like okay my apologies I asked to get 4 booster bundles for me and my wife to open his response " absolutely not" keep in mind the signs all over the store say 4 pokemon items per customer. ( I have bought multiple bundles from here before). I brought it up " I thought the signs for the limit of 4 is for all items besides the etbs and upcs. he replied with" this is my store and I can limit products how I want. I said" i completely agree" he then said. "I will not sell you four because I do not support what you do with them". I apologized if I offended him and explained I wasn't a scalper/reseller even provided photos and videos of me and my wife opening every product I have bought from them. he still wouldn't sell me the 4 bundles. I then walked out and walked back in about 5 min later to buy just the one because all other stores get hit instantly by scalpers. everyone there is completely rude besides the mom she is very sweet. Will never shop here again, and would not recommend anyone else to shop here.

Completely worth the drive out here, as the staff was more than hospitable... offering rides to and fro to vehicle parking or serving up a piping hot Americano. We had ordered the Brisket Mac & Cheese w/ jalapeños, as well as, the Mexican brisket street corn.... Absolutely worth the wait!! We also coupled that with a side of fried pimento cheese balls.... They had me submit a photo of my unopened item. They sent extensive customer guidelines in order to get a refund processed and they charge a RESTOCKING fee which I was not aware of. With so many options for places to shop, I would proceed with caution. I have not gotten my refund yet and the customer service person said "you should get an email from us when the refund is processed". That did not sound too convincing! I think they expect more from their customers than their customers can expect from them!

Great selection with unique pieces. That said, the owner of the building is a verbally abusive and physically aggressive person. It's NEVER OK to yell at a customer, especially when the customers response to your rudeness is "we are leaving, stop talking to me," it is then extremely rude and very unprofessional to follow that customer outside of your store to continue your verbal assault and take a stance as if you are going to physically assault someone. All because you thought 3 year old twin boys were running in your store (they weren't). read more
