Just reach up in there and deliver this baby" first off she's a mirror maybe eight weeks pregnant so there should be no delivery in sight and secondly, why are we talking about reaching up in anywhere?!! then turning around and walking in the room, all arrogant!! if there was no intentions in the hospital itself, knew they had no way of actually being able to check or help because there is no maternity ward left in this hospital then why weren't they told that at the emergency desk upon arrival instead of being put in a room for four hours Being treated poorly talk to poorly and not sent someplace that could have ease their mind instead of merely telling them, you might wanna wait until you go to your OB/GYN to see if you're in the beginning stages of what could possibly be a miscarriage, but we're not really sure You might have to have these test ran again!!! Absolutely disgusting!! And what is worse his name is No in MyChart so how easy do you think it is to get it to be able to launch a formal complaint so there's that!

On August 20th I contracted SARS-Cov-2 but before they tested me for the illness. I came through by…read moreambulance because I was having trouble retaining or giving information. I had sparingly good moments and different moods in spiking of anxiety. Lets just say my behavior was less then polite but for critics sake, everyone is not drug seeking. I felt like I was not heard on my confusion because I was unable or felt strong enough to talk or even stay awake. The action of staying awake felt overwhelming. I had let the EMS man know this as well and upon arrival I could hear the conversation between the EMS worker and Nurse. He relayed that I could give my number and other information easily. I felt this was not the case as I felt confused during the whole situation and wanted to wait for my mother and father to arrive. The caddy situation of providers believing everyone is playing some game that needs help, is becoming old to me? I have needed two surgeries that an ER said everything was A okay, to see my PCP. Both visits where alarming because all they kept telling me is that they weren't going to give me anything for pain accept IB prophen. Which is fine, and I am allergic to most everything anyhow. I am already lets just say tired of these accusations and being treated poorly. The first Nurse seemed combative and was making me feel like cornered in an emotional state. Nurses jobs are incredibly hard and they take on a lot of moody and unhappy patients. However, the type of Covid I have was severe and it was attacking me nervous system. It made me feel like someone was crushing my lower spine, with a intense head ache, I had trouble staying awake, and I had some sort of delirium which is uncommon but people do get it with this virus. I never had Covid through my tenor and working at SUD and Behavioral Health Clinic I felt that their main concern upon arriving via EMS transportation was that I was drug seeking? As a person who does not do drugs, has a glass of wine seldom, and nor smokes became upset. I just feel if you thought it was drugs then have me take a urine test or blood draw?? At points in the first 48 hours I didn't really feel I could talk and had mild confusion after my very high fever broke. I had surgery 2 weeks prior for a sinus issue and he asked if I was still taking the narcotic prescribed or if my mother gave it to me?! I was on no medications but Aleve at this time. Plus I am allergic to most if not all Narcotics if they'd of looked at my chart. After my fever went down and I was a little more stable and my they took my test results that I had Covid it seemed to be a much nicer experience. I guess the reason I didn't give it five stars is when I first arrived the feeling and needing to say stop assuming people are after drugs?! Take tests to confirm your theories first before accusation and listen to patients I feel, when they say they're confused or expressing confusion.

Need more compassion for patients and believe them when they are suffering I felt so dismissedread more

I can't explain it other than you feel seen and heard and important by each, and every staff member you run across. For an organization that treats high profile celebrities to royalty to the average person. They seriously treat each person as if they are the most important person ever. Add that the doctors here are the best of the best. It really is an extraordinary experience. My cardiologist not only treats myself, but she now treats my son as they've inherited the same weird congenial heart defects. It is really nice to know that the person who is handling one of your most important organs in your body is an expert at what they do. If you come here for care you will not be disappointed.
