I've been to a lot of different rehabs before coming here there's a difference in them. Encompass is the best by far there is no comparison I've gotten to know a lot of them and it's a blessing to call them my friends. All the staff that works here goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. From the drs to all the staff make you feel like you're their only patient. There're so many positive things about Encompass if you need to go there once you will always try to go back. The next time you need rehab think about what you want to get out of your stay. If you put the effort in the staff will help you reach your goal. i think the highest score you can give them is a five if it was possible I'd give them 5x that.

Called with serious neck pain and Dr. Rohmiller was booked solid. I was given an appt with Dr. Sowers but saw his PA Michael Browning. I am scheduled for an Ablation on NOV4 and have to wait that long because of insurance and the space of the the one I had previously. MIchael suggested a steroid pack to give me immediate relief and before I even got home, there was a message from Walgreens that I could pick up the script. He said we could also possibly fit in an Epidural if I thought it was necessary. We had to get this handled quickly as I am having shoulder replacement on NOV 7. He listened patiently and explained the xray and was very concerned about getting me some immediate relief. It was a pleasant experience to be listened to and not feel rushed. She was able to get me to do stuff that I thought I could not do and also able to rehab me without pushing me beyond my limits to where I was in serious pain. I was greatly saddened that they are transferring her to Burlington. I really enjoyed working with her at Fort Mitchell. She is the best!!!!!

Troy received me to help me with my therapy, he is very patient, knowledge, ask questions to understand my treatment, showed me few exercise to strengthen my muscle around my knee. Used a machine to give me some needle stimulation which is interesting as well as the cold area around my knee. I wish they could bill me for the copay next time.

I said my dream was to take my wife on a second honeymoon where we would have to look upward to see the beautiful architecture and he quipped "guess you'll have to look lying down". I have a legitimate issue with my spine from L3 to L7 . I was referred to him by Matt Geice with orthocincy & Matt is Awesome. I trust Matt Geice having been His patient for 3 years...but my experience yesterday with Desjardins was Horrible! I need pain management & told him I can't take nsaids bc of my stomach & that Tylenol has never worked. The only thing he offered me was Gabapentin . I told him I know what Gabapentin is because my ailing 14-year-old Labrador takes that at night so she can sleep . It makes a human or an 84 lb Labrador drowsy that's a proven fact . His sarcastic response was ... well you're not a dog . Then he smiled and laughed about that . I said the point is I've been given by Orthocincy in the past tramadol which works amazing for my hip & back pain and doesn't make me drowsy. He Refused & finally was so Rude he said maybe you should find a PT personal trainer. I also explained that Sweet Dr. Due retired orthocincy Surgeon had discovered my Spine problem & told Me and my husband that my xray in May 2024 looked "perfect" compared to now 2025... Desjardins SMIRKED & said THERE'S NOTHING PERFECT ABOUT YOUR SPINE & said "how's that fake Hip doing" ... I said I need pain relief option that isn't Gabapentin and he said I told you you can either take gabapentin or get a personal trainer . So I grabbed my purse and walked out . I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DOCTOR...RUDE condescending sarcastic non-caring & SMUG... I left with no pain relief and feeling completely disregarded and hurt feelings . I also felt made fun of and told my husband all about it . He was with me when sweet Dr Due was 100% concerned about my spine and my husband was in the room with me when he said how perfect my spine had been just the year before .
