High standards begin at the top, and it is clear you have cultivated a culture of respect, humility, and foresight where staff members are well-supported, valued, and empowered to excel before they even have to ask. Unlike the first location, the team was incredibly responsive, lead with empathy and explained every step of the way. Dr. Jeffrey Richmond who did my surgery is a saint. He legit saved my life. Once out of surgery, I was sent to recover on 7 Tower- with an award winning team of nurses and pcas who were all so sensitive to my condition and did their best to make me feel comfortable and heal with integrity. Special shout-out to my nurses: Emily, Scheno, Gabby Marc ( PCA), Khiki ( vein expert ) and Patrick from PT who didn't just help me to work on my mobility but gave me pep talks when was becoming emotionally challenged. Shout out to Scott in 4 Tower. Amazing nurse Unfortunately I have been back twice. The ER waiting time is unforgiving. I checked in after 1:00 PM and did not get a bed until after 1 the next morning. Visiting hours are 24 hrs and valley parking is available. The 24 hrs is tricky as they have "quiet time" starting 9:30 PM but if your roommate has guest until 2:00 AM, then you might not get rest. Meals are decent and well balanced. Typical breakfast: French toast and eggs, juice and fruit. Lunch/ dinner: a chicken or fish and mashed potatoes etc. They even throw in a little Hagan Daaz or icy. Critical care: 8/10 Quality of care: 10/10 Facility: 10/10 Food: 8/10

She was finally discharged at around 5:30 the following morning with absolutely zero findings, still in pain. They actually asked her to return if she still had pain, but they were discharging her with pain. She was called after almost an hour back to the emergency ward out of the waiting room and placed on a stretcher in the corridor by the nurses station for about 10 hours. Apparently no rooms available, even though there were two empty ones. They didn't check on her or ask her if she needed anything. It took hours between CT scan and ultrasound to get any kind of results. We will never even consider this location for any emergencies in the future and you should not as well. I think there was a major failure in the nursing staff because it's their responsibility to make sure that patients are comfortable and informed. Why my wife was standing, waiting to get her discharge papers with IV still in her arm absolutely unacceptable.

Brenda, I doubt you'll ever see this review, but you truly made the experience special. You were informative, welcoming, and made sure everyone understood exactly what to expect and where to go when the big day arrives. My partner and I were actually the only people on the tour who already had children, while everyone else were first-time moms and dads. It turned into such a nice experience because some of the other parents even came to us with questions or for advice whenever Brenda stepped away for a moment. It created a very supportive atmosphere. During the tour, we got to see the labor and delivery area, as well as the postpartum rooms. We also happened to see a new mom walking through the hallway with her newborn, which was such a sweet and special moment. Another nice touch was seeing the statistics for how many baby boys, baby girls, and twins had been delivered there this year. The tour was extremely informative and really helped ease any confusion about where to go and what to expect on delivery day. The hospital renovations also look great everything feels updated and well maintained.

Dr Nick, Dr, Pelos, the techs Harris and Chris, Nurse Tom, and Rose and her partner in registration all were kind, efficient and caring. I was out in about 3 - 1/2 hours. It was 1am with no one in the waiting area. His brother had to sit outside for some awful reason. There's 15 seats that were all open. Why couldn't he wait there? Makes no sense. I wore a mask here and covered up didn't use the facilities because I'm a germaphobe. I also used the hand sanitizer so I should be ok right? Tell me how several days later I'm sick at home with a cough, runny nose and pink eye? What the heck did they have coming out of their vents? I came here to help someone else not get sick. I slept like 36 hours in a 48 hour period. Something isn't right here. I have to schedule an appointment with my PCP because something strange is going on at this location. I hope its nothing serious.

They kept me 4 days and I had to get a bit assertive to get released when I did. The worst part of the situation was the roommate that I shared my room with. They had visitors from 7:30 AM until 6pm daily, who talked out loud on their phones, had loud conversations throughout the day, and went to my (the patients) bathroom every 10-15 minutes for 10 hours daily. I was basically bothered and they had no clue of their rudeness. My treatment was carefully monitored and planned throughout and the physician team personally informed me about visited me throughout my stay. The RN staff and physicians worked well together and did their homework. The food was horrible and a few of the staff were rude at times. The only thing that was annoying was when you refused a service, the RNs would kinda of take it personally. It's your right to advocate for your rights people and not to just take everything that comes your way. At the end of the day I know my body better than anyone else and will say no at times. Some private conversations are had with the roommate in the room, so this could violate HIPAA. I actually knew my roommate's medical issue and the surgery that he was having....
