I hadn't been here in several years and was surprised with the changes. Went to this establishment for an event. The chairs were stained/dirty and service was extremely slow and the wait staff was very unfriendly. Bathroom was low on soap and for sure ran out by the end of the night. When the food was finally served it didn't taste good or fresh. Despite it being cold outside, there were flies/gnats flying around inside. I wish I would have taken a picture but when I left there appeared to be a roach crawling in the wall in the foyer. I was just ready to get out of there and left as quickly as possible. For some reason the entrance door has reflective tint on the INSIDE and when you're leaving you can't see if anyone is on the other side! Not very smart I'm sure that people have gotten smacked by the door because you can't see if someone is trying to come in while you're exiting. To top it all off they had some sort of HVAC issue that caused the fan on the roof to make a loud noise the entire night. I've been to several of these type of establishments over the years and this one by far is the worst. They've done some updates to make it visually look better but it's clear that it's a distraction from larger issues. If you don't care about cleanliness, fast service and pleasant wait staff - this is your place. If all of those things mentioned above matter to you, look elsewhere.
