It's one large room, with rows of tables (tables seat 8) and a TV over a fireplace with a small couch and loveseat in the back corner. We connected a laptop to the TV via HDMI cord for virtual guests. This was very easy to do -- took seconds. In the back of the room is a kitchenette with a coffee maker and some counter space, and then a full size fridge in the back. We really liked that you can bring in your own food or caterer -- Provisions doesn't supply the food or drink like most halls do so you can bring in whatever you like! Parking is pretty good -- some spots in front of the building and then a larger lot down the street. Off-topic but this place is right next to two other excellent Wyandotte establishments -- Taco Bros for Mexican 'street' food and GrandDad's bar. The owners were easy to work with. Low-key, soft spoken, and they don't hover, which we appreciated. We were allowed to move the tables and put up any / all decorations we wished -- as long as they don't damage the wall, obviously. Planning had to be started from scratch with new coordinator. Day of wedding: items I was told would be set up were not and I (the bride) had to set them up. I did not see the event coordinator the day of my wedding until I was just about to walk down the aisle and did not see her the rest of the night. My cousin was not served by the bartender because the bartender thought her ID was fake even though they did not have a black light to prove it wasn't. I was told that if I had over 250 people (which I did) that the second bar would be open- it was NOT OPEN until my dad went and complained. One table was not served food until another table pointed it out. Cake was sliced so thin we went home with the bottom two tiers of a four tier cake! Service staff was hired in as a third party and was unaware of venue policies- family style meals means if the table asks for more food more should be brought out and a table was denied more food. Additionally, the service staff wore black jeans and their own black shirts- I know this seems silly but for a classy event and for the kind of money we paid I would have expected their standards to be higher. It is a beautiful venue itself but there are A LOT of areas for improvement with communication between staff and the customer.
