Shout out to server Ronnie who has worked there for several years and takes great care. One additional thing is they often host kids parties for holidays (Christmas they have Santa lunches, Easter, Halloween). These are expensive for members to sign up for, but they put on a very nice buffet style lunch for families and have crafts, gifts, egg hunts, etc for the kids. The parking lot out back is large enough to park your truck, boat and trailer. Fantastic!!! It get's better, they have a fish cleaning station and a trophy board for perfect picture opportunities. There is also power out at the parking lot so that you can charge your boat/trolling motor over night. SUPER CONVENIENT!! When staying here they make you feel like you're right at home. There is a common area with a tv, kitchen, dining room, shuffle board, ping pong table, books, board games and so much more. This is free for anyone to use while staying here. Our room was great. There was a sink, microwave and full size refrigerator/freezer, couch, tv and dining table in one large area. There was a separate bedroom and bathroom as well. I loved it. I highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Gross Ile! If you're a fisherman or guide you should really consider staying here. Book early because they fill up fast for the fishing season.
