Exactly as Advertised! Unit 2005: We stayed 3 nights in St. George at the end of a "National Parks" vacation and it was excellent! It was just as clean and well put together as the photos shown on-line (always a pleasant welcome!!). This unit was very spacious with high ceilings, nice carpet and furniture, comfortable beds and an extra-large master bath. The kitchen was even larger than I anticipated, had good appliances and was well stocked for the two nights we cooked-in; gas grill was wonderful for that too. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and family room were a bonus, full size washer and dryer in the unit plus new patio door curtains. All very well organized and maintained -- YEA!! Plenty of towels, pool towels and kitchen/bath products made it easy to settle in. The unit is located on the perimeter of the neighborhood and has a nice view out to the desert mountains. It's shaded until shortly after lunch so it was a pleasant opportunity to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax. It definitely had the nicest patio furniture in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the 2 smaller neighborhood pools the most since there was some shade available from the surrounding landscaping but if you're looking to swim laps then you'll want to go to the club pool (included). The neighborhood is just a few minutes from the grocery store and about 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping; we thought it was very convenient. I would definitely return to this unit! read more

Used St. George Vacation Rentals to book a condo in St. George during the marathon weekend. Was super easy to book online, with several follow up emails on instructions and what to expect before, during and after our stay. We stayed in condo #1506 at Las Palmas Resort. Great, large condo, with a full kitchen with amenities so you can cook. Very clean and tidy. Slept 8 very comfortably (6 in my family, plus my wife's parents) and never felt crowded at all. Has a very large balcony, which the kids ran around on all weekend, with a BBQ. Arrived very late in the evening, which wasn't a problem, due to the coded locking system on the door (didn't have to track someone down at midnight to get a key). Great location, close to the pool area and the kid's playground. And just down the street from a great golf course. These guys are pros and really know what their doing. What a great condo to stay in #101. Grandparents, children, and grandchildren. Four TV's /DVD - no arguing. I looked out one evening at granddaughter popping popcorn, husband and daughter play cards at a table for 6, son-in-law relaxing on one of the two couches, and 18 year old grandson searching the fridge for food. Better than two hotel rooms, maybe next to each other, and the price was excellent. We were at a baseball tournament. Red dirt dirty uniform - totally clean the next day (grandson washed it himself). He has sparkling on the field the next day. We have already booked again for the spring tournaments - #101 Condo we will be back. read more

Las Palmas is the only place my family and I stay when we travel to St. George. We have stayed in several different units over the past couple of years. The units are always nice and comfortable. The kids love the pools and play areas. There is always plenty of parking close to the unit. The management has always been very helpful when we have had to change dates or stay an extra day. We have never had any issues with the units--they are always clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend Las Palmas to anyone wishing to stay in a comfortable, well cared for vacation rental. read more

We make it a point to stay Las Palmas every summer with the family and this condo was the best we've stayed. You really can't go wrong with the condos in Las Palmas. This condo was perfect being on the ground floor steps away from the pool and lots of grass area where we can play when not swimming. Our family absolutely LOVED the layout of this condo. Very accommodating for our family. We always hate leaving because we love Las Palmas very much. It was definitely a weekend of memories for our family and WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN! read more

We just returned from staying the weekend in St. George. It was so easy to pick a room on line and the condo was perfect for our group of 10. It was very convenient with not having to check in or out. The pools and hot tubs were very nice. We ran out of a couple of things and they were very prompt in getting what we needed. One of the days was a little chilly so my kids took advantage of the free access to the water park and loved it. We go down every year at this time and we'll definitely be looking into this place again! read more

This stay was our second at the Las Palmas condos - and we AGAIN had a blast! Even though the weather was only in the 50s-60s, we still found plenty to do. Hiking in nearby Zions National Park and Snow Canyon. We also used the indoor pool for the first time - it was 88 degrees! Couldn't ask for a better time! read more

We had a wonderful stay in unit 1502. Our family of 7 was very comfortable. The beds were nice, the unit was very clean and well furnished. The kids enjoyed the pools. The location worked out great for us as we had events in both the north and south of St. George. We will definitely stay there again! read more

We stayed at Las Palmas during May and had a blast. The weather was perfect and the Condo was even better than expected. It has everything you would need for a stay away from home. We visited Zion National Park and Las Vegas and wasn't disappointed with either one. Would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Our condo was perfect for our family of 7, open floor plan, plenty of room. Pool was nice with a very large hot tub and plenty of seating. The condo was very clean, quiet and had all the kitchen utensils you would need. We will definitely stay here again. read more
