We received a phone call that they had double-booked our room and that they were unable to do anything for us. They didn't offer any alternative rooms at the same rate, but instead tried to sell us a room at a higher cost. Each time we called they assured us that they would call us back to work it out and NEVER returned a call. Each time we called (several times) anyone we talked to acted very annoyed at the situation. They were incredibly rude and showed no attempt to help find a solution. Awful experience...and we never even got to the resort.

I called customer service for help and it took over an hour to get a hold of someone, mind you this is 9pm at night and I had 5 kids with me. Everyone is tired and hungry. When I finally got a hold of someone, he put me on hold for over an hour again because he had computer software issues, which was probably a lie, sounded like he didn't know what to do, he read me the same thing I received on my email. I had to go somewhere else cause he was not able to help me access location.

This rental was a huge letdown…read more While the complex was nice, our unit clearly wasn't cleaned or maintained well. The bathroom appeared to have some mold; the shower didn't drain properly and there was dog hair everywhere. Kitchen basics like salt and pepper were not provided and the coffee maker was broken. Beds were okay but not great; linens were thin and scratchy. For a place that was as pricey as this, we expected better. We also had an issue getting in the front door (lock was jammed), and we couldn't get ahold of the host for at least a half hour. When she did respond, she was downright rude and unhelpful. It was clear we were inconveniencing her. The location wasn't great either; there was a lot of road noise and a bunch of construction nearby. All in all, we were very disappointed in the whole experience. We've rented from other hosts in St. George before and had great experiences. Bottom line: avoid this property manager.

When I was looking for management companies I wasn't too keen on hiring this company but they had…read morethe market cornered at that time and there were no other options. There are now. HIRE ANYONE OTHER THAN THIS COMPANY. They promised the moon and under delivered in almost every way. The general lack of effort, pride, attention to detail would be comical if it didn't cost me money. They do the BARE MINIMUM and charge 22.5% of revenue. They do lump all taxes and fees in that fee but they do not communicate or explain what is being charged when and why. The documents they send monthly must have been created by a child because they're virtually impossible to make sense of and when you do, if you're like me, you'll need to pull the numbers out and enter them in your own spreadsheet. If you have an issue (poor cleaning, which is a constant I've learned, landscaping that needs tending to, etc.) and you bring it up to them they will act as though they are surprised or that they'll get it taken care of and assure you that they will make it right. However, I cannot state this plainly enough, they will NOT address the issue. They WILL NOT make it right. The pool area of my home looks like a tornado ripped through town every time we've come down to stay and they are aware when we book time for ourselves as this must be done through the website they had made in the 1990s. You'd think they'd want to make sure the place was looking good when their clients visit, but no. They clearly just do not care enough to do anything about it. (Yes it gets windy here but not so much so that it would result in the mess that's always waiting for the next guests.) On top of that remotes will go missing. Garage door openers vanish. Among other stuff. They just expect you to buy replacements with no accountability on their end. Things do wear out so I asked them to let me know when something breaks or wears out and needs to be replaced, like patio umbrellas or patio furniture pillows which all take a beating in the summer sun. They assured me they would, they didn't. Last time we came down two of the three umbrellas were broken and tossed on the side of the house where they apparently like to throw anything they don't want to address or know what to do with. Apparently the junk yard if full. It's a joke how little they care. Bottom line. Hire anyone other than this company. They are terrible.

Snow Shoe #3A…read more http://www.vacationbrianhead.com/property.php?id=23 We picked this location because it was located right next to the base of Navajo Peak at Brian Head Ski Resort. and since we had a few first timers, it was walking distance from the learning area, which was perfect. The Cabin was large with washer, drier, wood fireplace, chopped wood outside, heat control in each room and a humidifier in the main room. The key was left in the lock box outside which was nice to just go straight to the cabin. I also liked the fact that the entrance to the cabin had a secure walk way before you entered the living quarters, that way you could leave your boards outside but still secure. There were some oddities i must say especially in the kitchen. The (side by side) fridge was set flush against the wall so that the freezer door couldn't open all the way only swung open 90º before you hit the wall (couldn't open 180º) which forced us to put some items in sideways. also the stove was almost flush against the kitchen cabinets so that you couldn't open the stove all the way (maybe 45º?) it would hit against the kitchen cabinet knob. Both these things combined made it difficult to make store bought pizza since the toppings had slid to one side in the freezer and having to take the pizza in and out of the oven at an angle. Out was more difficult as the oven door was hot and avoiding it was a bit tricky. The beds were a bit hard and springy you could feel the springs in your back. Not that im expecting a pillow top mattress or anything but having had back surgery I'm a bit picky about my sleeping environment. Pros: just a few steps from being on the slope of Navajo Peak (beginner side), all the amenities that you need. Cons: No hot tub, hard beds, bad layout in the kitchen. Over all, it comes down to location, location, location... so right on the slopes is A-OK for me.. if you're planning a long trip and lots of cooking in the oven you might think twice.

Chalet Village 10B…read more Straight across the Highway from the chair lifts, but you may still want to drive across the Highway instead of lugging gear. No worries though as there was plenty of up close parking near the lift ticket office on a holiday weekend. No parking fee's at the mountain. Charming unit for the price and a good value as far as a studio at the mountain base goes. This unit is not updated but the funky old stove and fridge add a little to the charm factor. If you want a Colorado Ski Resort vibe, you can drive up the road a couple miles to a couple other options (priced accordingly). We encountered some problems with the unit upon check-in and management immediately addressed the problem. The problems reappeared on day two and management again immediately responded. I would rate the property/unit with 3 stars (A-OK) but bumped it to 4 stars due to management going over and above to make things right and assure that we were comfortable. I recommend this place for a good value vacation spot. Great people!

Here are just a few of the problems I will list: one wall of the condo we rented was a giant window. The blind was closed upon entering and it never did get opened and they knew it was malfunctioned BEFORE we entered the unit. So much for the gorgeous mountain views that were advertised!! The hot tub broke after the first day. The company did bring in someone on the 4th day but said it was unrepairable. Ridiculous for a ski chalet when it was intentionally rented for an outdoor hot tub. There were no paper products nor cloths nor soap (including dishwasher tabs) provided and none was delivered. Two of my family got so sick we had to go to urgent care in Cedars. I believe it was hygiene triggered. I am giving it one star because the property manager Mike M did phone me. Also the furnishings were dated/dusty and uncomfortable. The unit certainly had seen better days but the photos in the ad hid all that. As a family we get one ski vacay a year. The chalet ruined it for us this year and compensation of $200 back didn't make it better. How lame is that offering when I paid thousands of dollars.
