My son has attended. 2 daycare centers in Hackettstown neither one of them worked out until he came to the Little Learning Academy. In my experience, I have only had one teacher who I adored but in this school, I adore every teacher. It is rare that you come across a daycare where every teacher is trained and is uniquely skilled in their own way but together they are a perfect match for the children. They are highly equipped to deal with every behavior challenge as well as providing a safe and loving environment for the children. I can assure you your child is getting the best education and care. We set up multiple appointments around the area and visited several daycares, both expensive and lower-end daycares, and felt they were all missing something; they were either sterile or lacking a creative vibe we were looking for our child. As soon as we booked a walk-thru at Mi Escuelita, we knew it was the daycare for us. It felt like the perfect home- a space with a positive vibe, filled with art and happy children. The daycare is also in a brownstone with a beautiful private garden. Although our daughter has only been attending for 3 months (as she turned two late in the year), she has already accelerated development skills such as talking/singing/ counting, sharing, and being attentive to other children. She also now loves to paint and draw at home in her free time. The school was Lincoln Elementary School, small and cute just like the children. It was no more than 3 floors and the children were just a joy to be around. Watching school nurse Bull was just a joy. She did recycling, fundraising, student government, and went above and beyond for the children. I would recommend this school just because your children will be in a safe environment (the school is locked), watched over by school nurse, encouraged to succeed, and actually accomplish their goals within this education system
