For the parents, it's an intimate community where you feel part of a school as the PTA and more events for the families to connect are offered. Since it follows Readington Twp's school schedule, know that there is a spring break, holiday break, etc. (~ 4 weeks/year and a day here and there) where the school is closed and you'll need to find alternate care. Sending our child there is still well worth this logistical gymnastics we need to do a few times a year to accommodate the weeks off.

We used 4 different pre-schools/daycare over the years and none can compare to HHS. The center is family owned and the owners are very caring and conscientious. They worked through any issues the kids may have had instead of making it our problem. For example, my son could never fall asleep during naps, the staff would let him work on quiet projects instead of making him lay there and be board. There were always fun themes and projects and the kids were supported in every way possible. Staff stay busy with the kids who were always engaged in projects, learning, and play unlike some other centers that build in time for teachers to socialize or smoke while the kids watch tv or nap.
