There's so many things that are shady about whatever this establishment is considered to be. I'm embarrassed to have to have sent my child there for the time that I did. I was charged for 2 weeks of tuition after my child's last day. I had been in contact with them since the end of June regarding the matter and was only been met with a constant run around on when I will be receiving my refund of almost $600 despite being told on over 4 separate occasions that I would be getting the refund. Absolutely appalling given June 17th is when I officially notified them of this matter. It took me constantly calling, emailing, calling into their "corporate" adjacent locations, to finally have this handled. On August 26th i was told i would be receiving a refund of only $510 that would be sent out that very next day. Before receiving this I had called I believe 3 times (after waiting a week from 8/26) to see if there was a tracking # or anything to know that it had been sent out. While I did receive a good majority of what was owed to me, I cannot believe the amount I was gaslit, mislead, dodged, and delayed. As if they just hoped I'd forget about it. To sum up it all up, the way in which Archway Academy conducts their business is nonetheless, abhorrent.

This daycare administration has its favorite children and caters to them at the expense of other…read morechildren. There are children here whose mothers are part of the daycare staff. Those children are given special treatment, again at the price of another child's self-esteem or even the truth. Additionally, I have seen things such as teachers playing on cell phones instead of watching/instructing the children. Safety is not really a big concern here, either. The first time I picked up my grandson, no one had me give a password, an identification, or even name the child I was picking up. My advice is to put your children elsewhere.

My daughter finished Kindergarten here and will be going into 1st grade and I very highly approve of what I've seen here at OPS. Great teachers, food menus, facilities, and programs! OPS is for K & 1st only, then the kids go to High Hills for 2nd & 3rd, Shaw Heights for 4th & 5th, then out to Hillcrest for middle school. I think it's actually brilliant to seperate them like that so they can focus on learning and having fun without the pressures of older kids.
