The survey revealed that the Rohrer property enroached on the 212 Craven Street property including the retaining wall, the fences and the entire length of the original house. When notified of their error, a certificate of correction signed by Daniel W.Cullen, P.E. License # 26162 was sent to Sandra & Thomas Lee, dated September 27, 2006. Mr Cullen DID NOT CORRECT THIS WRONG ATTRIBUTION OF WHO ORDERED THE SURVEY! The Certificate of Correction for Record of Surveys Notice states that the above-.referenced survey was made at the request of Sandra & Thomas Lee AND RON ROHRER IN MARCH, 2006. This is a false statement. Ronald Rohrer had no part in the ordering of this survey nor did he pay ANY of the costs. The entire survey was ordered and paid in full by Thomas and Sandra Lee. Under no circumstances do business with this company. They engage in fraudulent actions, acting without integrity.
