The congregation was friendly, and I really enjoyed learning about God's word. I thought I had found my church. However I will continue to search for a spiritual home. Today's sermon with pastor Jim Nicodem was upsetting as he went on about his political views. Not fact but his opinion. He did this one other time and I decided to let that go. This is a time to build bridges, not divides. He should know better. We can do better. The younger pastor was always uplifting (can't recall his name)

Several of the congregation members, too, come up and welcome you to their church. The structure of their service is nice. While many churches overdo music, for instance, this church proportions it according to the rest of scheduled events in the service. It's a good balance.

Federated Church has the BEST preschool ever. My daughter started here when she was 3. She is now…read more5. The teachers love all the kids and my daughter has a great relationship with her teachers as well as the other teachers there. My 3 year old son also attends this preschool now and he has flourished so much in just a few months. The teachers are so motherly, trustworthy, and kind. I love them so much! My husband and I recently attended the annual preschool sing and it was too cute!! Thank you Federated church/preschool for giving my children a great preschool experience.
