This was my second need to call C&H in the past two months. This time the shower valve stopped…read moreworking so when you turned off the handle, the water kept coming out. I turned off the water to the house and then called C&H at 9:45 am. At 11:50 am they were in my driveway. I'm not saying that everyone will get their emergency service that quick, but I was very happy that it worked out for me that they had another job right across the street from me. Once Cody arrived it only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem and he left to get the special MOEN part that he needed. (I'll use just Delta in the future) Upon his return he set to work replacing the valve and walked me through what he was doing so I understood everything that was going on.
