Bill Koop from Bianco plumbing fixed my leaking faucet outside that could not be turned off. He explained the various ways to fix the problem which could of cost a great amount of money because of the poor design, and would involve tearing out my drywall in my living room. He suggested trying a rod bib replacement first, and that did the job, he did not try to upsell me, he's very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail for options. They came in and found all of my leaks, and fixed them all in good time. In about an hour and a half to two hours, they fixed 3 different leaks underneath the house and 2 where they had to cut into the walls. AND they repaired the walls as soon as they finished their work there. I will most definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs. read more

Do NOT recommend this company - Had Jake install a 40 gallon water heater on June 24, 2024. Considered myself lucky that I got Jake as there were positive reviews mentioning him specifically. Charged me $1,500 for a 40 gallon unit I could have purchased at Home Depot for $550 and do myself. Well I'm 74 years old and did not want to deal with the removal, disposal, possible additional parts etc. Thought it was a little steep but figured I was getting the best. Everything seemed to go ok. Well not so much! Day after the install we had no hot water. Went out and looked at the install, opened the junction box and noticed a burned wire nut securing one side of the 220 volt line. Turned off the power and apparently the wires were not fully secured (twisted) within the wire nut, and had come loose. Resecured the wiring with a new wire nut and we were good to go. Yesterday, July 4th, 11 days after the install I noticed water coming out of the water heater cabinet which is adjacent to my laundry room. Opened the door and I had water streaming down the side of the water heater and ponding water at the bottom of the cabinet. I had water behind my washer and dryer within the laundry room, and the stem wall and ground on the outside wall was wet. Got a ladder and looked at the top of the water heater and the hot water fitting on the outlet of the water heater was leaking. I tightened the fitting which was fairly loose, which stopped the leak. So I would NOT recommend these folks for any of your plumbing needs. I took their fridge magnet off the refrigerator and tossed it in the trash. read more

Finally a professional, fair and responsive company! We had a leak in the wall of our shower, contacted BIANCO and scheduled an appointment. Billy came out and determined that the sharkbite fittings had frozen thru the winter and needed to be replaced. Billy came back the following day (Saturday) and made the necessary repairs. I am in awe at the speedy installation of both my new toilet and metal supply line. My water supply line was old and needed to be safer, as we have high pressure here. Chris was called and arrived on time and got to work after my 4 dogs were safely put in the bedroom. I will use them over and over again! Thank you, Bianco I spoke with the nice and knowlegable lady on the phone and she was great, too! I ended up replacing an old toilet with old water supply because she looked but the manufacturer made no guarantees the gasket from tank to bowl would be what we needed. We decided to replace the whole toilet. The cost was a little pricier than I would have imagined, but we don't hire plumbers very often. read more

They were straight with us about what they found and got to work helping us resolve structural issues so that the water heater could be installed safely. Meanwhile, my kitchen sink was clogged. .
