I was escorted back to the waiting room and given a number to contact. I called to speak to a representative that advised me that they could see all of my information in the system. She was kind enough to remain on the phone with me until the nurse came back out . The nurse checked the system again and could now see my information. They could not find my paperwork for quite some time creating additional delay. 3. I had doctor email my paperwork since they could not find it and email got lost in their systems and was not located during my visit although I got a copy from the doctor via email. 4.
